Dog Boarding in Bay Village

This was our first time leaving our dog with them. Our dogs got along great! Received lots of pictures throughout the stay, and could tell when we picked up the dog that he had a great stay.

I boarded my two older dogs with Michelle for a week. She was good with giving them their medications and unique food plans and responded to my messages in a reasonable time frame. I will be happy to have my dogs stay with her again.

Another wonderful stay for my dear Netty with Caroline and Sam! Great communication and very flexible with pick up and drop off times. Netty is exhausted today from all the play time. Booking with them made my time away so much more relaxing. Will certainly book again soon!

We left town for an extended period of time and one of our biggest concerns was what to do with our dog Ollie. We have boarded him at daycare centers but he always came back a nervous wreck. We found Sharon and gave it a test run before our trip. Our dog Ollie could not have been happier and Sharon was a natural watching and caring for him. We ended up booking her during our trip and Ollie was in heaven. She gave us updates all the time with pictures and videos on how he was doing and showing us the other dogs he played with and took naps with. It helped us rest easy knowing he was in good hands and that he had nice personal attention. Sharon was fantastic!!!

Hi. Probably should have done this review a while ago. We use Jenni and her family all the time to watch our 75lb mixed breed dog. They are super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend! Just don't take our vacation slots 😂 Thanks!

The dogs had a great time at Ryan's place! Ryan took great care of our two dogs and kept us updated on the dogs throughout our trip. We were very happy with our experience!

Sarah took great care of our Roxy and sent a bunch of adorable photos that were very reassuring. Since she's an older rescue with severe osteoarthritis, we were happy to find Sarah. She ran runners through her house to help Roxy get around and gave her all the medications she needs to manage her condition. And thanks to Sarah we now know Roxy likes stuffed toys and will order one right away. Overall, we were thrilled with the care our Roxy received.

Took amazing care of Jackpot. Sent pictures and videos throughout the weekend. Jackpot came back happy and tired!

Alison was great and provided lots of updates and pictures! Very fast at getting back and was able to work with us on a last minute booking! Tess had so much fun with her dog Issa! Will definitely be rebooking again in the future. Thank you!!

This was our first time boarding Han & using Rover. I had some pre-boarding anxiety because of this being our first time leaving our pup for a weekend trip. Miranda communicated well & put a lot of my anxiety at ease during drop off. She was understanding that this was Han’s first time away from his family & home. She was also very understanding & flexible when we ran into some travel issues on the last day of our trip. I would definitely use Miranda again.

This was the first time using them, and we are glad we found them , they are great with Gotti and he lived them right away . This the first time he was not sick after the sitting , usually he comes back sick . Will definitely make them my go to . Thank you kevin & roselie.

Karin and Ryan took great care of Bella. She sent pictures every day. Bella did come home exhausted but that is a good thing. It means she had a good activity level.

Elizabeth loves her house guests. Kaya enjoyed her stay, and I'm not too sure she wanted to come home the next morning.

I called Barbara at the last minute to schedule a stay with her, and she was very kind to receive my dog. She played with him and gave him affection and company. We are very grateful.

My family and I were going out of the country and I needed a sitter at the last minute after my previous arrangement fell apart. From the start, Julie was quick to communicate and set up a meet and greet the next day and a weight was lifted knowing I didn’t have to worry about my pup. She provided pictures and daily updates and when it came time to pick up Poppy, it was clear she was well taken care of and feeling like part of the family. In fact, much like a small child having a fit when a play date ends, I had to chase her around to get her harness on.
