Finn was in great hands. Courtney did a phenomenal job at communicating, following Finn's routine, and sending us daily messages about Finn's care. Courtney sent us multiple pictures to reassure us Finn was doing ok and well taken care of. We will definitely be using her again when we travel.

Anna was great! I could tell from the pictures she shared that Willow enjoyed her drop ins. She was punctual and a great communicator- we would love to hire Anna again for drop ins!!

Erin is one of the best sitters in Cleveland! She was so attentive and caring with my two cats while I was gone and when my cat developed an eye infection, she treated him with the medicated eye drops everyday until it resolved. My cats made such a special bond with her after a couple days. She was punctual, responsible and communicative about her visits. Will definitely look forward to having her back!

This is our third time having Melanie watch our two cats and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provides as well as updates and pictures. Best of all our cats love her as well and seem like they’ve had a vacation when we come home!
