Dog Boarding in Beloit

Melissa is amazing. I have 2 Goldens , one with medications, and she was on top of absolutely everything. I got pictures, videos, there’s a beautiful fenced in yard, she has 2 dogs that make it perfect to play with. I cannot say enough good about her. My only disappointment was my dogs were not all that excited to see us when we picked them up. I think they would have been happier staying with her! lol

Let me start by saying I have an intense bond with my dog and it probably hurt me more than him leaving him for the longest time I’ve ever left (2 weeks) so I was a total mess at drop off. Seeing his little face look at me with those “where are you going” eyes when I closed the door, my heart broke. He’s never stayed here before and I was leaving him with strangers for two weeks, I feared he would think I abandoned him. He was welcomed with so much love by Savannah and her adorable family. He frolicked around their house and her kids and husband were so excited to have him there. Every fear or worry I had she settled with quick responses and picture updates while I was out of the country. He looked like he was having the time of his life! She never once made me feel like I was too much for checking in or leaving a laundry list of needs for his senior health and dietary restrictions. It made my heart so happy to know how he was so deeply loved and cared for as their own. When I arrived it was like he didn’t want to leave! You could tell he formed a bond with Savannah, running back to her instead of me with his favorite toy! Their sweet kitty seemed to have taken a liking to him as well. I can’t say enough good things. She is a godsend, a total angel. You can tell he misses his second family already. Thank you Sooooooo much for loving Mr. Meeks. We love you guys!!! Such a gem of a find for a trustworthy, loving sitter. Your furbaby will be safe, healthy, and happy in her care.

Rocky loved his stay and was so comfortable he wasn't really sure he wanted to wake up to come home with us! He was obviously spoiled and loved. I was updated frequently with texts and photos which made me comfortable that he was happy and cared for. Maya and Jonathan accommodated for his needs (lonely so moved bed at night to calm him), let him cuddle, conscious of potential PTSD situations and provided treats when he sat patiently letting them know he felt he deserved another one :) I appreciated the pre-stay visit to get to know them, and they got to know Rocky. Definitely would recommend to others!

Daniel and Rachel are absolutely THE BEST! I have a senior dog that needs a lot of care and when he’s with these guys, he seems so happy which is such a relief that I am able to relax while I am away knowing he is being well cared for. They are great communicators, and their love for dogs really shows!

Amanda is one amazing sitter. She took care of our Sophie just like her own. And Sophie always looks to be at her second home with Amanda and her family. Thank you for taking care of her so well. Looking forward to more sitting with Amanda!

They Nathan & Jenna were great with our boxer puppy Jax. This was our first time leaving him over night so we were a little anxious but they kept great communication. We loved the updates and videos they sent. Jax was happy and whooped after two days of playing with other dogs. They even put up with his potty training that is in progress. Thank you! We will be using them again!

Cassie and her family really took great care of my dogs. This is the 1st time we have left our animals with a stranger, (and wouldn't have done so except for the reviews). I was very nervous that the dogs would misbehave. Cassie greeted us with her children. They immediately took to my dogs. She was so comfortable taking my dogs and making them feel right at home. She sent pictures and kept in contact with me while my wife and I were away. When we got back she said she would be glad to take them again. I feel very comfortable leaving my pets with her. The next time I go out of town and need a sitter, Cassie is my 1st choice! Thankyou Cassie.

Doug and his two pups were very welcoming to Zorba . He took good care of him and sent several pics and texts the whole weekend . It was good to know Z was in good hands !

Thank you to Meredith for taking excellent care of Brie! She kept me updated and sent pictures. My dog looked and seemed to be very happy and content under her care.

Justin was so good about sending updates and photos. I was nervous at first because my dog usually is uncomfortable with men, but she warmed up to him really quickly. She seemed very happy and comfortable. I will definitely remember him for our next trip.

Arya did a great job with Rex, we got lots of video updates and Arya was super easy to work with, we would definitely use him again when we go away.

Suzanne was amazing with our Garnet. Kept us in the loop everyday, sent us pictures of our girl, was very open and your communicative with us. Very kind and loving of our girl. Would definitely reccomend, and we will be using her again for sure.

Our dog stayed with Gail for two days and we had an amazing experience all around! She was very accommodating to his needs and he even got to sleep with her, which he loved. He came home tired from all the playing and we could tell he was very happy and comfortable in her home when we picked him up. We will definitely be using Gail again!

Pretty sure ziggy had a blast and felt right at home here. It was nice not having to worry about if she was alright while we went on vacation. I felt very comfortable knowing she was being loved while I was gone

Thank you for looking out for our little girl while our vacation. She was playing with other dog almost everyday in their fenced yard. I’m sure she loved that!

Kimberly was great with Lilly. She updated me everyday with photos, which was greatly appreciated. She took very good care of our dog, I would highly recommend her and will use her again when we need too.

Idgy had a great day with Paula, Bill and their for baby Marty. I highly recommend them if you need a great boarder who never leaves the pups. I'm a boarder myself and it's hard to find good boarders. They get an A+.

Jeremy took great care of our boy on our wedding day. We appreciate that he is flexible with taking one dog at a time as our dog is very picky on who he likes. Towards the end of the night, he sent us a photo of our baby cuddling with him, which warmed my heart and made me feel so much better about having him babysat for the first time. Would definitely recommend and would book Jeremy again!

Zachary took great care of our dog, Bernie. He really put my mind at ease by sending me daily pictures & updates, so I could tell that Bernie was in great hands and having fun all weekend! Bernie was nice and tired afterwards too! We will be booking with him again.

Jan Hyne is by far, the absolute best person ever to pet sit your fur babies!! She is kind, understanding, funny, and goes above and beyond to make sure your kiddos are well taken care of. She is thorough with her daily updates and pictures, so you have peace of mind in knowing your dogs are doing fine in her care! This was our first-time using Jan Hyne and Rover and definitely not our last!! We have found a true friend in Jan!
