Awesome communication

Jane did a great job taking care of my kitten over a long weekend! I got lots of pictures/videos of play time which really made me feel comfortable being out of town. I will definitely be booking with Jane again!

Matthew was great with our cat Buddy. He arrived right on time every day, took care of Buddy’s needs, and sent plenty of pictures. Although this was the first time he took care of Buddy, you could see that they quickly became friends and there were lots of pets involved. Sadly, when our trip was almost over, Matthew came in and discovered that Buddy had passed during the night without having given any indication that he was declining. (To add to the situation, this happened on the day AT&T had the outage and we had no cell service.) He reached our daughter as the emergency contact and took Buddy to our vet. When phone service was restored and I was finally able to talk to him, he couldn’t have been more sympathetic and kind. I definitely would recommend Matthew highly in caring for any furry family member!

Kate did a wonderful job of communicating and caring for our senior kitty. We certainly appreciated her perseverance in spending time with her. Thank you Kate!

Isabella is trustworthy and followed all special care instructions perfectly. I look forward to having Isabella come into our home and provide care for our cat during our next time away.

Jenna is an amazing communicator and left super detailed notes on her visits with Pesto. She really went above and beyond during her drop in visits and even brought in our mail for us which was super thoughtful. I will definitely use Jenna again!

We could not be happier with Audrey! She was dependable, cheerful, and our cat Romeo just loved her! She sent many photos and kept us updated. We cannot wait to book with her again!
