Our kitties love Gay!!! We never worry about our fur babies when Gay is checking on them. She spends time with them, gives them treats, and my shiest boy George actually goes right up to her hand with treats❤️.

Tony was amazing and took very good care of my two dogs, including one that has no use of his back legs. He provided detailed follow-up information after each visit. Highly recommend!

Absolutely ZERO complaints or issues with Nicole. She watched our cat for a week during a recent vacation. My wife and I are super early risers. Typically waking up around 3am. We got lucky with Nicole, she has a similar schedule and was able to feed our cat early mornings consistent with our daily feedings. Our meet & greet was great as well. We have never used Rover and were really unsure what to expect. Nicole answered questions via messaging before scheduling a meet. A few hours before our scheduled time, Nicole reached out to confirm our appointment. Nicole asked many questions about our cat, home, plants etc. Asked if she should shovel snow, water plants, take garbage to curb etc. Nicole really put my wife and I at ease after talking with her. Nicole gave us great report cards with her daily check-ins. Always received multiple pics of our cat in our home. We are new cat owners and were nervous on what to expect. When we travel in the future, and will not be able to bring our pets with us, we will definitely rebook with Nicole. All said, Nicole is a great reflection of Rover and what they offer pet owners. We look forward to interacting with Nicole again in the future.

Beth was amazing with our three boy cats ! We were gone almost 2 weeks and when we got back, they were content and happy. A huge bonus is that the area where our cats have their litter box and their food station was spotless. I cannot recommend Beth highly enough.

Marissa is a kind and caring animal lover! She took such good care of our cat while we were on vacation. She followed instructions perfectly and was very communicative. We would definitely want Marissa to come back next time we need pet care.

We have booked Emily before and have felt very confident with her care of our dog and our home. She is on time, sends great pics, communicates and problem solves when things don't go as expected. Most importantly, our dog is happy when she visits. Thanks, Emily!
