She is reliable and clearly communicates, and gave me early notice of any days she would not be able to walk Henry, or any time changes she might need to make. My dog LOVES her and looks forward to her visits every day-and he's a picky guy (he wouldn't even let the cleaning ladies in without me there!). Completely recommend Alana as a dog walker or sitter-and the fact that she's in Yellow Springs is like the icing on the cake!
