Stepahnie was reliable! She gave us daily updates and sent us pictures of our pets so we could see they were okay. We could tell our cats liked her because they were calm and didn’t run and hide. One cat in particular will always hides from strangers, but she didn’t hide and actually let Stephanie pet her. We would definitely recommend Stephanie and hope we can use her again in the future.
