Dog Boarding in Caledonia

Loni always makes sure my pup is completely loved and taken care of! This was Ember’s second stay with her family - and she was on top of the communication and taking care of her even when it came to making sure she was getting her Medication. Ember absolutely loves going in their home and playing in their fenced in yard. As always - will be booking again when we need a sitter.

I cannot recommend these dog sitters highly enough! From the moment we dropped off our two pups, we knew they were in good hands. The sitters were incredibly welcoming and kind, and they took the time to get to know our dogs and their individual needs. We were so grateful to receive daily updates and pictures of our pets, which put our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy our vacation. One thing that really stood out to us was how committed the sitters were to giving our dogs plenty of exercise and playtime. They took them on daily walks to multiple parks in the area, and always sent pictures of their adventures. Our dogs were exhausted (in the best way!) after spending time with their new friends. But it wasn't just about physical activity - the sitters also made sure to give our dogs plenty of love and attention. They made them homemade snacks every day, which our pups absolutely loved. It was so clear that they genuinely cared about our dogs and treated them like part of their own family. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be using these dog sitters again in the future, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, caring, and attentive pet care professionals. Caitlin checked on our two dogs 3x/day for 7 days. She kept them on a schedule and even helped with potty training our newest fur baby Gunner! She kept their area clean also. She even looked after extra things like bringing our mail in daily and packages that came too early; I noticed and I appreciate it Caitlin! We will definitely try to book her again in the future if we’re ever out of town! She’s dependable and trustworthy and kept us updated with pictures and weather changes so the A/C could be cut on when it got too hot! Thanks again!

Laurie has dog sat for us many times before becoming associated with DogVacay. She is awesome with our dog, and treats her like family. Our little dog loves her and truly gets pampered when she is in her care.

I was so nervous leaving my milo somewhere. The minute he met Monica he was so comfortable which made me feel so at ease leaving him. Monica kept me informed and sent pictures and he was so happy and enjoying his time. I will keep Monica as my dog sitter for my future trips!! Hands down the best 👌 👍

Keriann was great with Taina. I had more separation anxiety than my dog but she kept me updated and sent photos several times. That made me feel much better. I would definitely recommend her. Safe and loving environment.

Molly was so happy staying with Hannah! I appreciated the pictures she sent and the prompt communication. Willie absolutely trust Hannah to watch our girl again!

Having our dog, Molly, stay with Kelsey was wonderful. We didn’t have to worry about boarding Molly at a kennel, not knowing he much attention she would get. We are lucky to have found Kelsey and Rover.com. Kelsey kept in continuous contact with us, sent pictures of Molly adapting well to new/temporary surroundings. It made our time away less worrisome, knowing Molly was in good hands. We would definitely reach out to Kelsey in the future, if our plans call for a need for a sitter. Thank you so much Kelsey, we will definitely spread the word to our friends if they are ever in a need to find a pet sitter.

Amber and Camden were absolute dream dog sitters for our golden retriever puppy, Theo! We booked with them last minute and they made the process so smooth from booking to dropping Theo off and pick-up. Amber sent me updates each day with pictures and I could tell right away how fun our boy was having. They live on a farm and Theo had so much room to run and play. Amber and Camden also have dogs of their own that were so friendly and great playmates for our playful and energetic pup. I can't say enough good things about Connie and her family. Having never needed to find a sitter for my beloved fur baby, Braxton, I interviewed a couple of sitters before booking with Connie. Within 5 minutes of meeting, she was my obvious choice! While you can tell some other sitters do this for the additional income, (and that's fine!), it was OBVIOUS that Connie and her family do it because they genuinely LOVE dogs and treat them as if they were their own. While away, I got updates and pictures each day and felt so comfortable leaving Braxton in Connie's care. She has lots of space for the pups to run around, and they get PLENTY of attention between her and her two exceptional kiddos who help out too. It was like doggie summer camp and I've never seen Braxton take to another family as he did with hers. I just can't thank her and her family enough for loving my boy like they did... I'll definitely be using Connie again and would undoubtedly recommend her to anyone in need! THANK YOU CONNIE, AVERY, and GARRETT! Braxton can't wait to see you again. :)

This was the first time leaving our KC Cavalier with anyone and of course was a bit apprehensive. But after meeting with Nicole and leaving our Max our concerns soon turned to relaxed confidence that he was well taken care of and as spoiled as he is with us at home. She provided plenty of updates and photos. Very nice home and well set up for pets. Max loved it and I think he truly missed and looked for his new best friends after coming home. I have no concerns about leaving him in her care in the future.

Lilly, our Havanese, loves Kristine and her family! We recently relocated to the area and Kristine was helpful, accommodating and so welcoming. She and her lovely family treated Lilly as one of their own - with lots of love. Kristine kept me up to date on Lilly’s activities and sent adorable pictures. We are thankful we found this wonderful Rover sitter!

This was our first experience leaving our pup in someone's care while we were out of town. We definitely recommend Rachel. She kept us updated and we could tell Emmet felt right at home and was being well taken care of. We really appreciated the pics and updates!! Thanks again!!
