Rachel was great!! She was very understanding when I explained one of our cats had gotten out and we were trying to find her. We had a live trap out when we left and caught her after we were already long gone! But Rachel gladly helped us out and took her back inside to let her out safely. She gave us lots of updates and pictures as she'd find the kitties in their hiding spots!

This was our first time using a pet sitting service instead of having a friend take care of them so we were very nervous but Ioana was amazing. She was available super last minute AND over the holidays and absolutely saved our Christmas. She was very thorough, sent wonderful pictures, kept in touch, and truly went above and beyond. We look forward to working with her in the future!

There aren’t enough stars here for Melonie! She took care of my 3 cats and I felt completely at ease while I was away knowing they were well fed, given medicine, and lots of care and attention. Her communication is outstanding, and I appreciated getting pictures and updates!
