Doggy Day Care in Chagrin Falls

Susan was fantastic. This was Jessie's first visit and she had a wonderful time. Susan was great in letting me know that she had settled in and was playing with all the other pups. We will definitely be going back for many more visit.

Karma was the best sitter I’ve had on Rover! She sent me tons of pictures throughout the day which helped me feel at ease that my pup was having fun and happy! When we came to pick up my pup Karma gave a lot of helpful training tips and advice. My 90 pound dog is a jumper! I appreciated her taking the time to do that. If I lived in Cleveland I would use her all the time!

Sheran was kind enough to take my last minute request. He was responsive and took great care of my pet ☺️

She was absolutely amazing with Jack! Updated me with pictures and spent a lot of time outside with him! She was super flexible with my situation and very respectful and responsive. 11/10 did and outstanding job with him!

Kona had not visited in a while, but she knew right where we were...she leaped out of the car and into Susan's arms! She loves her time with Susan!

Pam was amazing with Ginger! My dog is very shy and she took her time letting Ginger get to know her. And she sent pictures throughout the day showing me how she was doing. Pam is a delight and we will definitely be asking her to watch Ginger in the future!!

Our dog had a 5 star stay at Al's. We were able to visit the sites of Cleveland, knowing our dog was being well taken care of. We received updates throughout the day. We will use Al again and highly recommend.

Our dog had a great day with Ben and his dog. She was exhausted when she got home, which means she had a great day full of fun and play. Thanks Ben!

Took great care of Ujeli and made sure she got plenty of exercise!

Teri has been amazing with Stash! When we first started taking him to daycare, he did have some separation anxiety and would howl/cry and be a bit clingy with Teri. She has been so patient with him and he’s getting more comfortable with every visit. Teri is great at providing us with updates. I love seeing the videos she shares of Stash interacting and playing with the other dogs. He’s come a long way and we couldn’t thank Teri and John enough for helping him come out of his shell.

This was our first time using Rover and, thanks to Kimberlee and her family, it couldn’t have been a better experience! They made our little guy Frankie feel right at home and it was clear that he had a super fun day!

My dog Milo loves Beth! I couldn’t imagine having a better person taking care of him!

Justin & Susan were amazing sitters! I received multiple photos/videos and updates throughout the day. I definitely felt at ease seeing how happy and relaxed my pups were during their visit. Justin was very accommodating with my crazy work schedule. Thankful to have found great sitters for my time in Cleveland! Will definitely book again!
