One thing that is impressive and reassuring is that Barb engages with our animals on their terms and really seeks to know and understand them. We appreciate her care for them.

Sydney was amazing with our hoard of cats. She hung out with them and gave them lots of love and attention and even turned on their favorite enrichment TV without knowing it was their favorite! She also administered our one boys inhaler meds with no trouble at all. Even our shy kitty warmed up to her after her second time visiting, and he never does so! Sydney does a wonderful job keeping us updated and we will be happy to ask her to watch over them again while we are away.
