Jaina is sweet, caring, responsible, communicative, and professional. She did an amazing job dropping in on my two cats while I was out of town! She followed all care instructions, and made sure to keep me updated. My cats LOVED her! It was so cute to see. I would definitely recommend Jaina to other pet owners! Paula was great with our two cats. She managed to get both of them, who are very shy of new people, to come out and visit with her. She kept in contact and I got several pictures of the cats while I was away. I would absolutely hire her again!
