House Sitting in Finneytown

Rowan did an excellent job of taking care of my cat while I was abroad! She stayed in my home for 12 days and I was able to relax and enjoy my trip because I knew that she was caring for my cat and keeping her feeding and care as closely as possible to our normal routine during my absence. She was respectful of my apartment and kept things neat and tidy. She sent regular updates with photos and was in communication with me during her stay. I highly recommend Rowan if you are looking for a pet sitter to stay with your pet in your home. I know I will be requesting her again when I travel abroad!

Alecia was wonderful from the moment she came to meet the cats. She was clearly very excited to meet them and was definitely a cat person. She asked a lot of good questions about care and my preferences. When we got home both cats were relaxed and clearly were well taken care of. I am a nervous cat mom but leaving her to watch the house helped me feel they were looked after! She also sent me tons of pictures and a few videos. I will use Alecia again for sure.

Working with Sheila was wonderful! She stepped in after we had a last minute cancellation in our other arrangements. Lucky us! We will definitely be working with Sheila again.

We enjoyed having Crystal take care of our dogs and our home when we were away on vacation. She was very diligent about understanding all the particulars and sent multiple pictures and updates about the dogs and their activities while we were away. We did not have to worry for one second during our trip, knowing all was well back home. We will definitely hire Crystal again!

We can’t recommend Andrea enough! She stayed at our house for two nights to care of our dog and two cats, and she did an incredible job as always. Andrea kept us updated with fun photos, and it’s clear our boys love her. She’s fantastic at communicating, respectful of our home, and follows all of our detailed instructions for routines and feeding schedules perfectly. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing our pets are in such caring and capable hands.

Kathleen was a wonderful sitter for our cat and dog. She kept them company and stayed overnight with them. One day, our cat was sick due to stress over eating. Kathleen reached out to us immediately for guidance on how best to treat Kitty. She was very responsive, dependable, and sent loads of pictures. We will definitely rebook with her again in the future!

Jessalyn took very good care of my dogs. She gave them all the attention and love in my absence with updates and photos. I highly recommend her to care for your pets!

Eva is fantastic! She took great care of our two pups and sent the cutest photos from mini photoshoots with them. She and Cesar went above and beyond by even taking a look at our electrical box while they were here when we told them about a breaker shorting. I would absolutely recommend her and will be using her for future bookings as well!

This was our first time leaving our senior mini poodle for more than a single night—and since we used Raven's house-and-pup-sitting service for that one night before, we had so much peace of mind for this long stay!! Her track record of excellence continues, as she took such good care of Moochie and was so patient with the long list of meds and particulars. She sent us regular pics and check-ins, and treats little Miss Mooch like her own dogs! We will absolutely be using Raven again the next time we need to go out of town or just need a long afternoon away from the house. Thank you so, so much, Raven!

Olivia was amazing and communicative! Our dog Olive is quite an anxious little rescue. She’s weary of new people and has only ever been looked after by my parents or a dog sitter she had since a puppy in another city. Due to a recent move, we need to establish a new sitter here in Cincinnati. Olivia came highly recommended here on Rover and was very sweet to do a meet and greet. We did get updates while we were away that Olive was nervous but Olivia kept trying and finally got some tail wags and even built up trust to take her on a walk on the last day and her to eat her meals. These are big steps for a new person in our house with Olive! I appreciate how patient and kind she was with our anxious girl. The house was left pristine and she brought in a package that was delivered which I appreciated. Thank you so much Olivia! If you’re willing to continue to work with our nervous gal we’d have you back in a heart beat.

Elizabeth did a great job with our 3 Cavaliers, one of whom is a puppy who discovered the Christmas tree! She kept up fabulous communication, the pups took to her right away, and our home was respected and well tended to. Elizabeth is very comfortable with animals and didn't mind at all giving our Senior dog eye drops.

Synthia is amazing! She connected with my high-energy dog so well. She has such positive energy. I so appreciated the pics and texts she sent while we were away for 9 days. Upon returning, walking back into our house was glorious. We found a happy dog and a house in better shape than we left it. We will definitely be reaching out to her in the future.

Suzanne was wonderful with our little senior dog. She went out of her way to make sure our Stevie was comfortable while we were away. Suzanne kept us updated with texts and pics throughout her stay. We came home to a happy dog and house just as we left it. We will definitely call Suzanne in the future for help with our pets!

I booked for house sitting and Jhazahir did amazing with my fur baby! My dog gets anxious when we are gone for a long time and Jhazahir did everything she could to help my dog during that time. I’m so glad I had someone like her to rely on during a long vacation. I asked for updates every day and she did not disappoint. She was very responsive and kept me up to date on how my dog was doing. I definitely will be booking again with her in the future
