Absolutely stellar job by Katherine, I would absolutely use her services again, she came in two times and helped with an extension when unforeseen circumstances arose. She was very sweet and kind, and she took excellent care of my babies and took pictures of my babies every single day for us to see, thank you again, Katherine.

I was very nervous about leaving my cat for the weekend and it being my first time using a service. Janet was awesome! During the meet and greet she explained how everything worked and was so professional making sure she had all the details for caring for my cat. Getting pictures and detailed reports from each visit was extremely comforting!

Octavia was wonderful w/ my beloved cat - sent plenty of pictures & videos and made sure he got lots of attention, cuddles, pats & play time. I was stressed out about leaving my cat for a week & Octavia assuaged all of my separation anxiety. We will have Octavia back again and again and again!

Mimi was incredible and gave us such peace of mind while gone on vacation away from our sweet fur babies. She took my elderly cat to the vet because he was in need of care, she gave us daily updates and pictures every time she stopped by, administered meds, and was just such a huge help overall. I highly recommend her, she was so trustworthy and went above and beyond. She even came to visit us in person before we left to go over any specifics for care and meet our babies. Super sweet and an excellent communicator.

Marcus does a wonderful job with our 3 kitties! They warm up to him faster than most other people they meet. He is quick to respond and took great care of our kitties, including one with diabetes. I will use Marcus for all my pet sitting needs!

Laura was great! She kept my cats fed and watered, and was great about providing updates. Easy to communicate with. Would definitely hire again!

I have used Megan about three or four times now and she has been amazing each time. I have two special needs cats who needs medications and a little bit more TLC and she does amazing with them! Highly recommend her.

Kendra is always our go-to sitter. She does such a great job and makes sure both of our cats get fed and pet while we’re gone. Wouldn’t want anyone else dropping in on them while we’re out of town! She rocks!

This was my first occasion to use Rover. Four people who have routinely cared for my cat were unavailable. The last of the four canceled on me four days before I was to go out of town. They suggested I sign up with Rover. With some skepticism and a dollop of concern I did so. Of the sitters suggested, Ralph was the only one who was available on such short notice. He made it a point to come to my home a couple of days before I was to leave to visit with me and more importantly my 21 year old cat, Tallulah. While I was gone he diligently followed all of the instructions I left and kept me timely updated with videos and photos. A 21 year old cat is unusual and is very particular but Ralph handled her quite well and I was very satisfied,

This was my first time on Rover and Elandra was great. She was prepared with a checklist and shared valuable information prior to drop off. She was very communicative throughout my cat's stay, sharing photos and updates regularly, and was generous enough to launder my cat's bedding when she had an accident. I appreciated my cat having roaming time around her house - I actually think it made her more comfortable to explore my home. Thank you, Elandra, for taking such great care of our fur baby! No doubt I would book again.
