Dog Boarding in Gates Mills

Kathy and Grahame have become like family to Allie and me. They treat her like their own dog — with such love and attention and care and humor. I could not be more grateful to them for being a part of our lives. Allie has stayed with them for long stretches at a time when I’m overseas and she ADORES them. As do I. All I want is for Allie to feel safe and loved! But Kathy and Grahame go way above and beyond that! If there were more than 5 stars, I would give 100s!

Susan is the simply the best!! Our labradoodle Maxi fell in love with her the first time she laid eyes on her. We were out of town for a week and Susan sent us adorable pictures of Maxi to reassure us she was having a good time and I knew she was being well taken care of. It was a pleasure meeting Susan and I highly recommend her as a dog sitter!! No doubt we will use her whenever we are away.

Danielle is great! We have used her several times and will continue to book with her in the future. Chloe is always excited for a visit and we know she is well taken care of and loved!

Patchareya is amazing! She watched our 10 month old very active puppy for a week. We were nervous leaving our new puppy with anyone but she immediately put our minds at ease with her constant communication, pictures and videos. She checked in daily to let us know all was good. She even worked on leash training our pup AND brushed her teeth. It’s very apparent she is a great dog mom to her own dog and extends the same care to the dogs she boards. We will absolutely use Patchareya in the future and look forward to it!

Great experience! Samantha was very friendly! She has a great family as well who helped take care of my little fella. He came home happy and satisfied from his vacation. Would definitely use again.

Mars had another great stay with Colleen and Peaches! This was his second time, and he’s very comfortable with them. Colleen is wonderful with Mars—we highly recommend her.

Cal’s time with Stephanie and Michelle was fantastic!! He came home happy, healthy, and tired (from all the fun he had!). Great communication, loving pet parents who cared for him like their own, and easy pickup/dropoff. Thank you so much!!

I don't know where to start!! From the beginning of booking, Tara is such a sweetheart. She made me feel so comfortable. It was our first time using a sitter for our little Melo. I was so nervous about it. They were so attentive. They sent updates and pictures while I was away. That put me at ease. Melo is a scary little pup. He finally started to relax once he settled in. Their daughter became his bff ? They made us all feel so welcomed. I definitely recommend their services. We will be coming back.

Angela was Awesome! She was kind,caring, respectful and accommodating. Felt good leaving him there. And their dog Colt was amazing! She kept updates with us the whole time. Some great pictures and videos. They have a nice size yard and home. It was also in a nice neighborhood. The dogs got along great. We got a great dog lover and sitter. Tina and Rick were the perfect sitters! They were so calm and patient at the meet and greet, and their dog Olive is an especially great little hostess. They understood when my senior girl had an accident, and gave her so much entertainment and enrichment with their other furry guests. She even got a “doggie bag” at the end of her stay. Absolutely recommend!

This was our first time to leave our dog Kody with Karma - normally we use a neighbor Kody likes - Kody was there for over two weeks and Karma was very good at sending photos and reporting on how our “baby” was getting along. Kody seemed happy and well adjusted when we picked her up - we would certainly recommend Karma and look forward to sending Kody to “summer camp at Karma’s” in the future!

We had such a wonderful experience leaving our dog Biscuit with Kelsey and Jake while we were away. Biscuit had a great time with their sweet family and even their cat. I wasn't sure how our curious dog would do but it all worked out well. I saw some great pictures! Biscuit felt safe and happy! This truly gave us peace of mind knowing he was in such loving and capable hands. That was one less thing to worry about during our trip. Jake sent regular updates and pictures, which absolutely made our hearts smile. Seeing Biscuit comfortable and cared for meant so much to us. We would highly recommend Kelsey and Jake to anyone looking for trustworthy and attentive pet care. We are so grateful for them! 🐾

Gus had another wonderful stay with Susan. He is always so excited when we pull up, even if it has been months since his last stay. I love all the pictures and videos of him playing with Frank and any of the other dogs that stop by. I always miss him when I am traveling, but it makes it so much easier to know he is so well taken care of and he has so much fun while he’s there.

Kyle was an excellent caregiver for our pet. He was responsive, kept us up to date on daily routines, and overall we were very comfortable leaving her with him. And, at the end of our trip when flights were delayed he was flexible with our pick up time. Overall, a very good experience.

Kaitlynn watched our French Bulldog while we were out of town for a long weekend. This was our first time leaving our 7 years furry baby with anyone, she made us feel very comfortable during our meet-n-greet and all communications afterwards. She was very obliging with our pick-up / drop-off times, she sent numerous daily photos and was patient while he acclimated himself in her home. We would highly recommend her for your furry family member. Thank you again Kaitlynn.

Clifford was an excellent host. A true animal lover. My puppy was happy to see us but also sad to leave. We received lots of pictures and videos. I have now claimed Clifford as our 1sr choice option for all puppy sitting.

This was our first time booking with Austin and he was great! He allowed us to do a meet & greet with his dogs before we booked, was very communicative and sent us plenty of updates and pictures while we were away. Xena came home happy and tired :)
