Doggy Day Care in Gates Mills

I am from out of state and had to take my dog with me on a business trip. I was not OK leaving my Whitley in a hotel room all day and was getting very nervous at the thought of having to do so. I jumped online and started searching for daycares in the Cleveland area and I found Susan. Her listing made me confident that Whitley would be great hands and she absolutely was. Susan is so sweet and Whitley took right to her. She sent me updates throughout the day and I was at ease knowing she was being treated as she would if she was in my care...maybe even more spoiled. If you are looking for someone to take wonderful care of your pet, Susan and her husband are a great choice!

We needed a sitter for a few hours on short notice, and Karma was a great fit! She was super quick to respond to messages, and did a great job with our pup!

Nugget had another amazing day with Susan and Jason. He looked so happy in the updates Susan sent, which made it easier to get through my workday! Nugget is already looking forward to his next visit!

My pups Bumper and Phoebe had a couple of excellent daycare visits recently! Albert is very easy to communicate with and sends so many wonderful pics! My pups come home happy and tired - what more can you ask for! We’ll be back soon!

Absolutely wonderful! With almost zero notice, Pamela took great care of Daisy while we went to the Browns game in Cleveland. We originally thought Daisy would be ok by herself in the hotel room, but it turned out she was way to upset to be left alone. We were very stressed out that we might not be able to get to the game that we had traveled over three hours to see, but I texted Pamela at 8:30pm and she responded immediately that she could take the dog early the next morning. After seeing Pamela's beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood 15 minutes from downtown, and after meeting her and seeing how.much she lived Daisy, I knew we had made the right decision. We picked Daisy up about 6 hours later and she was outside with Pamela returning from a walk. She was happy and healthy and obviously had a great time! We wouldn't hesitate to use eithernPamela or Rover.com again any time!

Finding Ben and his dog Kevin through Rover has been the best thing that has happened to our pup since she was adopted into our family. The joy in her tail wags when I say Kevin's name is priceless. Thank you Ben!

Took great care of Ujeli and made sure she got plenty of exercise!

Teri has been amazing with Stash! When we first started taking him to daycare, he did have some separation anxiety and would howl/cry and be a bit clingy with Teri. She has been so patient with him and he’s getting more comfortable with every visit. Teri is great at providing us with updates. I love seeing the videos she shares of Stash interacting and playing with the other dogs. He’s come a long way and we couldn’t thank Teri and John enough for helping him come out of his shell.

Coming into town for Christmas, I wasn’t sure what we would do with our senior dog while we celebrated with my family with allergies. Cheryl was perfect! We had a video chat the week before and she’s clearly good with older dogs. I felt completely comfortable leaving him with her. She sent updates the whole day and kept him happy and healthy! Will definitely be using Cheryl again when we’re back in town!

This was our first time using Rover and, thanks to Kimberlee and her family, it couldn’t have been a better experience! They made our little guy Frankie feel right at home and it was clear that he had a super fun day!

My dog Milo loves Beth! I couldn’t imagine having a better person taking care of him!
