Palace is professional, reliable, trustworthy, and responsive. She kept me fully up to date and sent daily photos and videos. Kitty seemed calm and content when we got home—and that can only be down to Palace being a fantastic cat sitter who kept Kitty well fed, cared for, and entertained.
