Molly is very professional, kind, and capable. She put me at ease concerning the care of my cats, sent plenty of pictures, and followed the list I made. She even sent a video of her locking the door upon her departure. 100% recommend!

With some treats and patience Cindy was able to get our 9 year old very shy kitty to come out and spend time with her during drop in visits! Highly recommend her for anyone with a kitty. It gave me so much peace of mind to get photos of him and know someone was giving him love while we were gone.

I was anxious about using rover for the first time, but Madison made it a great experience! She did a great job of keeping me updated and my kitty was taken care of well!

Alanna was fantastic! She was great at communicating before and during the drop-ins and sent detailed report cards and photos of my cat every day. Mittens has separation anxiety so it was great to have peace of mind knowing Alanna was dropping in to show him some love each day. I would definitely rebook with her in the future!
