So nice and personable. She sent pics of the cats at every visit and communicated with me all the time.
Margaret is very flexible and keeps us updated on our furbabies.
Alicia did a great job keeping up with my herd of 6 cats. Even the 2 ferals were well taken care of and posed for their pics. The inside cats, who were all former ferals, warmed up nicely to her. It was so nice to get their pics and to see they were all doing well while I was away.
Great communication, followed instructions, was there on time and as expected. Would definitely use Renee again to watch our kitties!
