Mirelsa was an absolute Godsend! She expertly cared for our 3 fur babies for five days while we went away on vacation for the first time in 2 years. I was SO NERVOUS about leaving them since we have never even left them overnight before, but from the very first drop-in visit, I knew our pups were in the BEST hands! Mirelsa left incredibly detailed notes after each visit about how are pups were doing, her interactions with them, and observations. Her notes had us laughing, smiling, and even tearing up a few times. It was as if we were right there with them! She would also include dozens of cute photos from each visit. It was clear that they were having the BEST time with her and that really put us at ease! It was truly amazing how quickly she seemed to have bonded with our pups and I could tell she really understood each one’s unique personality! Mirelsa is so reliable, punctual, extremely caring, so incredibly sweet, trustworthy and funny! Our pups adore her and so do we!! We will 1000% be hiring her again our next trip!
