This was our first time using a pet sitting service instead of having a friend take care of them so we were very nervous but Ioana was amazing. She was available super last minute AND over the holidays and absolutely saved our Christmas. She was very thorough, sent wonderful pictures, kept in touch, and truly went above and beyond. Lauren was AMAZING with our cat, Charles. He has to receive insulin shots every day and Lauren was prompt in communicating to make sure she was using the pen properly. She even went above and beyond and changed out a litter bag that had torn early. Thank you, Lauren! We’ll be requesting you again in the future!
