Dog Boarding in Lakemore

This was the first time I left my senior dog with someone other than family and Kaylee eased my mind with her care for him while I was gone a few days! I couldn’t be more appreciative for the updates she provided along with pictures! I’d happily rebook her for my dog sitting/boarding needs!

Nathan and Jenna were attentive and caring to our puppy! There is no better feeling than knowing the people you are leaving your pet with are genuinely excited to have them, and Nathan and Jenna made that clear! They have an amazing back yard, and a cozy home to share. We know that our guy had an absolute ball while he was visiting! Thank you Nathan and Jenna for your kind and caring sitting!

Bella & Riley came back happy as can be! Tails wagging!! Gail was awesome at communication! She helped me feel calm, as I was upset to leave them. I didn’t worry while on vacation! The whole family appreciated the pictures! We will definitely use Gail again!

Let me start by saying I have an intense bond with my dog and it probably hurt me more than him leaving him for the longest time I’ve ever left (2 weeks) so I was a total mess at drop off. Seeing his little face look at me with those “where are you going” eyes when I closed the door, my heart broke. He’s never stayed here before and I was leaving him with strangers for two weeks, I feared he would think I abandoned him. He was welcomed with so much love by Savannah and her adorable family. He frolicked around their house and her kids and husband were so excited to have him there. Every fear or worry I had she settled with quick responses and picture updates while I was out of the country. He looked like he was having the time of his life! She never once made me feel like I was too much for checking in or leaving a laundry list of needs for his senior health and dietary restrictions. It made my heart so happy to know how he was so deeply loved and cared for as their own. When I arrived it was like he didn’t want to leave! You could tell he formed a bond with Savannah, running back to her instead of me with his favorite toy! Their sweet kitty seemed to have taken a liking to him as well. I can’t say enough good things. She is a godsend, a total angel. You can tell he misses his second family already. Thank you Sooooooo much for loving Mr. Meeks. We love you guys!!! Such a gem of a find for a trustworthy, loving sitter. Your furbaby will be safe, healthy, and happy in her care.

This was the second stay that our Chimkin had with Cornelia and her family. They treated her so well and she loved being with them. They ended up finding a lump on her side that turned out to be terminal cancer. It was so small that we had never noticed it. Because of their attentiveness and care, we were able to fight the cancer early and have six months with our baby that we might not have had otherwise. Chimkin has passed away but if we get another dog in the future, Cornelia and her family will always be our #1 choice for care. Thank you so much, you guys.

This was our first time working with Jenna. She was terrific! We have an active, energized golden retriever who loved the fenced in backyard and the personal attention Jenna was able to provide. She was really easy to communicate with, usually anticipating the need for communication which was great. We really hope she'll be available the next time we need a safe and fun place for Coco to stay. Having Jenna take care of our pup made our time away much more relaxing. Thank you, Jenna!

Stef was wonderful! Dropped my pup off with her for the night and received multiple pictures of him making himself right at home. She also ensured that the dogs she was watching (and her own) got along, as well as let me know another dog would be there at the same time. Will definitely be using her again!

Very caring and the best step mom my puppy could have ! She kept sharing videos and photos and I noticed my attached puppy got relief with her and felt at home

Zachary took great care of our dog, Bernie. He really put my mind at ease by sending me daily pictures & updates, so I could tell that Bernie was in great hands and having fun all weekend! Bernie was nice and tired afterwards too! We will be booking with him again.

Hailey and Justin took great care of our dog Diesel! They were communicative and send pictures to us. Due to Diesel’s age and health, he is not able to go up and down stairs very well unassisted. Hailey and Justin were willing and able to accommodate him. We will use them again next time we need a sitter and will recommend them to friends and family as well!

Idgy had a great day with Paula, Bill and their for baby Marty. I highly recommend them if you need a great boarder who never leaves the pups. I'm a boarder myself and it's hard to find good boarders. They get an A+.

Sydney and her S/O did an amazing job watching our boy Scooter. He was clearly so comfortable with them and had the best time playing with their dog. Communication was amazing throughout the stay. Sydney did a great job keeping us updated daily with photos. It was obvious scooter was happy, relaxed, and well cared for. We would absolutely book with them again. Highly recommend!!!

Anita was absolutely amazing! Seriously - I could not have asked for a better sitter for my pup. Knowing Cooper was in such good care left me so at ease during my travels. I got a sweet update every single day with an adorable photo. And I know Cooper had a great time with Fern! Anita will definitely be my go to for any sitting needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Sarah did a great job with our old man. She was attentive to his anxiety, provided extra comforts, and communicated well. Thanks for allowing us to get away and give a good home away from home to our pup!

I can't recommend Shellie enough for her exceptional care of my diabetic dog, Velvet. It was clear that she had extensive knowledge about managing diabetes. Shellie's communication was fantastic; she kept me updated, sent daily pictures and was always available to answer any questions I had. What truly stood out was the love and dedication she showed toward Velvet. When Velvet fell ill in the middle of the night, Shellie went above and beyond to ensure Velvet was comfortable and received the care she needed. It was such a relief knowing that Velvet was in such capable and loving hands. Thanks to Shellie, Velvet received the attention and affection she deserved. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of a pet sitter who will treat their furry family member like her own!

Great at this!

I chose Cassie because I have used her to sit for me before. As usual, she and her kids meet us at the door. They love Kiki and Kookie and it shows. She sends me pictures and they both look so happy and comfortable. I can't tell you how happy and comfortable that I feel having Cassie and her family take care of my babies. I will always book with Cassie as long as she has the availability.

Our little Zoey, has found her home away from home! She took right to Isabel, right away. We really appreciated the photos & updates sent every day. Putting all our worries to rest! Such a lovely home to stay in, while we were away. (We’ll never board her in a kennel again.) No comparison!!!! And the daily walks, to play in the dog park, were a Bonus!

What an awesome experience! It was the first time my baby girl was without us and it felt so good to know she was in kind & loving care. Will definitely hire Meredith again as a caregiver for my pup. Highly recommend!
