Mak is friendly, responsive, and very accountable. She updated me daily on each visit, posting some pictures to let me know how my cats were doing. She gave me a peace of mind that my cats are in good hands while I was out of town. I really appreciate her service. This is my first time using Rover, will definitely use it again, and if possible sign up with Mak again.

Melanie has been outstanding with my cat Maple! I was out of the country for 12 days and I never left Maple alone before with anyone else so I was worried how she would react. Maple has always been a friendly cat with strangers but she was extra comfortable with Melanie and warmed up to her quickly! Melanie is a natural with cats! She kept me at ease with frequent updates and videos of Maple. Maple was purring and rolling around and beyond happy to be with Melanie. Would definitely book Melanie again!
