Dog Boarding in Lyndhurst

Kathy and Grahame have become like family to Allie and me. They treat her like their own dog — with such love and attention and care and humor. I could not be more grateful to them for being a part of our lives. Allie has stayed with them for long stretches at a time when I’m overseas and she ADORES them. As do I. All I want is for Allie to feel safe and loved! But Kathy and Grahame go way above and beyond that! If there were more than 5 stars, I would give 100s!

Teri was amazing. She really understands dogs and is willing to let you know if there are any issues that come up during the stay. She and her husband were so great to Nova that I think Nova was a little depressed when she got home because she missed them so much :). Would highly recommend!

I am thankful for Ashya she definitely did take good care of my fur baby. If I needed another sitter I'd use her. My baby was happy and well cared for. She's an outstanding sitter.

Tara and Peter were excellent dog sitters for the week! They were extremely welcoming. They kept steady communication on how my dog was doing and sent pictures to keep me at ease as it was my dogs first time staying at a new sitters house. I enjoyed how there were multiple dogs to ensure a ton of play time!

Susan was once again a wonderful sitter for Gus. He had some GI issues while he was there and she adjusted his food and worked with my vet to get him back on track. It’s always stressful when a pet is ill, then compound it with being out of the country, but knowing Susan was looking after him helped alleviate a lot of worry. He also has so much fun with Frank and the other dogs. It is so great to see the pictures and videos.

Susan is the simply the best!! Our labradoodle Maxi fell in love with her the first time she laid eyes on her. We were out of town for a week and Susan sent us adorable pictures of Maxi to reassure us she was having a good time and I knew she was being well taken care of. It was a pleasure meeting Susan and I highly recommend her as a dog sitter!! No doubt we will use her whenever we are away.

We had an out-of-town family wedding to attend in North Carolina, and were not sure what we were going to do regarding our pet sitting needs. We are tremendously attached to our beloved 15 year old dog, & most faithful companion, dear Jack, who to date, has always been watched by family members & friends whenever we've gone away. This was a stressful time for us, as it was imperative to find the right person & fit for the task in order to feel comfortable going to the wedding. After exhausting all possible resources ~ family members, & friends, and determining that no one was available, I decided the sign up with Rover. We were specifically looking for someone with pet sitting experience, especially with senior dogs, but most importantly - someone that had a big heart & love for this kind of work. We were excited when we came across Cindy's information - especially since she offered in-home boarding services, and expressed a fondness for senior dogs!! From the moment we first reviewed Cindy's profile on Rover, - (she's new to the site, but not new to pet-sitting), the initial meet & greet, and subsequent exchanges on the site prior to the booking, we were confident that we chose the right person!! A great deal of stress that we were experiencing related to needing a sitter, was immediately reduced after booking Cindy to help with all of our care needs. We dropped Jack off at Cindy's beautiful and immaculately kept home on Thursday afternoon. We were pleased to see that she was all ready for Jack with water bowls out & filled, a food bowl out & ready to go, a basket of toys, a dog bed, and a stroller to take him all around in!! Cindy provided daily updates and pictures throughout the long weekend which was extremely comforting. We felt as though we've all known each other much longer than we have!! We picked Jack up a bit earlier than anticipated on Monday afternoon. Cindy remained flexible and understanding. She even purchased some extra items for Jack on her own expense, which although unnecessary, was greatly appreciated!! We definitely plan on using Cindy again for Jack's pet siting needs in the future, and we highly recommend her!! Thanks for Everything, Cindy!! (:

I highly recommend Kaitlynn! I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with her! Her home was clean and my dog was very well taken care of and very happy. We will definitely book with her again!

Clara is always so accommodating. She's an absolute pleasure to work with and Tinker really enjoys her time at Clara's house visiting with other dogs. I highly recommend her. She won't disappoint!!

My pups seemed to really bond with Pamela, and I can tell by her demeanor that she cares about the animals in her care. What really made it special were the updates to how they were getting along via the pics that she provided. I will certainly keep her in mind for the next time that I need boarding.

Izzy had a wonderful time at Linda’s for 5 days! Linda sent daily updates with photos and videos. That helped so much so we didn’t have to worry how Izzy was doing and we could enjoy our time away. We will definitely choose Linda in the future when we need a sitter for Izzy!

Luke was awesome! He took great care of my 2 year old Bernese mountain dog / golden retriever mix. He was accommodating, had great communication and sent plenty of photo and video updates.

Jacqueline took great care of our pup! Our dog tends to refuse to eat when not with us, but she ate every day here! Glad to have found a sitter who spoils our dog when we are unable to! Will definitely have Teffie stay with her again!

Sandra is Amazing! Very detail oriented, very caring, in touch with each dogs needs, and keeps you updated the whole time! Will definitely be sending our dog back.

Cyanne was so accommodating! Remi loved her. I felt very comfortable leaving my 9-month old puppy with her. I will definitely see if she is available for future bookings.

Ariel is WONDERFUL and took extraordinary care of Carlita. She updated us daily and included many pics of Carlita’s day! Ariel is just terrific!!

Melanie was absolutely fantastic! Sprout was so happy and she was so communicative with pictures and updates throughout his stay. Highly recommend!

Jonathan loves dogs. As much as I do. Bodhi had a blast over the holiday weekend with 4 new dog friends and a new human friend! He was loved and cared for in the same way that I would care for him. Lots of communication, photos and bonus videos! Lots of exercise. Highly recommend!
