Melissa was an absolute lifesaver. We had never used Rover before and all of the reviews that Melissa has accumulated are true. She is so thoughtful and thorough and we feel like goes above and beyond the call of duty than just checking to see if your pets are okay. We gave her many specific instructions because (we’ve spoiled our cats) and she adhered to everything and provided thoughtful and timely updates throughout the week she worked with us. We love Brittany, and so do our kitty cats. Brittany is always so flexible and willing to change up the schedule or add more days/times if needed.
