Communicates well, warmed to my cats easily, sent great photos, managed mail and packages without any hitches. Would definitely have her back!

Vanessa did a great job taking care of my 4 cats while I was away. With two of them needing medicine, it was a lot! Everything was fine when I got home.

Cindy did a great job taking care of my cat Noodle while I was out of town! He has some health issues so I was nervous about being away, but she kept me updated on his litter box and made sure he had his food, water, and medication each day.

Our cat was very well taken care of by Katherine and seemed very happy. Katherine left the house in better condition than we left it! And helped out with things like packages and smoke alarm battery outages without me even asking. I will definitely be trusting her to watch my cat again in the future, she loved her!

Was gone for a very short trip and Sean was there to make sure my cat was taken care of. Incredibly attentive and kept me updated. Sadie-Jean went above and beyond with checking in on my cat while I was out of town - she had consistent communication, was very proactive in reaching out and making sure she knew where all of my cats things were, gave him a great play session and treats, and was so sweet throughout the whole process! This was my first time using Rover, and I couldn’t have picked a better person to check in on James. I know that he had a better time because of her visit, and it was great peace of mind to know that such a reliable person would be there to give him a little love.

Shelley was very good with our ornery cat. She was prompt for the 2 feedings a day. She followed our instructions and sent us photos to reassure us that our cat was doing well. This is the longest we have left our cat so we were nervous but Shelley's commitment and trustworthiness gave us great peace of mind. We would certainly appreciate her services when needed in the future.
