Jennifer was wonderful. She took care of the cats and gave them lots of attention and affection. She also helped out with couple other issues we needed help with while we were out.

Melissa did such a great job with our 17 year old cat. She was beyond patient with him and he actually warmed up to her after a few days which is rare for him. She also watered our plants and got the mail for us. I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a very responsible and caring pet sitter.

Mak is friendly, responsive, and very accountable. She updated me daily on each visit, posting some pictures to let me know how my cats were doing. She gave me a peace of mind that my cats are in good hands while I was out of town. I really appreciate her service. This is my first time using Rover, will definitely use it again, and if possible sign up with Mak again.

She worked with me on all my requests to watch my cats. What really was great is that she took out the used litter trash bag after her last day, something I hadn't even asked of her but really appreciated. Cats seemed happy when I came home.
