Katie was great with our two cats while we were away on vacation. I was worried about leaving them alone, since both are young and one is particularly sensitive to strangers and changes of routine. They both loved Katie! Katie took the time to not only feed and empty the litter box, but also to spoil with treats and play. We loved getting the daily postcard with photos. We will definitely hire Katie again!

This was our first time using Rover, and Michele made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. She was incredibly helpful, communicated clearly, and sent updates every time she stopped by for a drop-in visit.
