Kelsey is 5 star plus!! My cat has only been left with a house sitter since I got her 1 1/2 years ago. I was extremely nervous leaving her for just multiple drop ins over 3 days with a new sitter. When she came for the visitation first, I immediately felt more than comfortable with Kelsey! Her love and knowledge of cats was immediately evident and I knew she would be great with Lily. She even spent time offering me tips with problems I have with Lily! When she left, I felt at ease and comfortable leaving her. Communication and pictures were outstanding and I could see how well everything was going. She followed all my "obsessive" directions wonderfully! I came home to a relaxed, happy cat! Kelsey, Lily and I thank you for your wonderful care!!

Taylor did an amazing job with my cats! She sent detailed updates, cute pictures, and even brought some of her own toys to play with them. After a series of flops with other Rover sitters, it’s such a relief to find one I feel like I can trust! I’ll definitely be booking with her again.

I’ve never used Rover before but needed someone to pop in on our 3 cats each day while we were on vacation. I picked Kelly because she had great reviews and repeat clients. She came over for a meet and greet and I liked her immediately. While we were gone, I was notified when she checked in and out, she sent pics, and a brief note about each visit! I’d definitely recommend her to anyone and I’ll absolutely reach out to her again when needed.

Emily was very responsive and helpful. It was so helpful that she could watch my elderly cat who definitely does better in her own environment. I would work with her again for sure 😊

Ashley took wonderful care of Arthur and Echo while we were out of town for the weekend. Even when our return flight was delayed SIX times, I didn't worry like I might have because I knew they were well taken care of.

morgan is AMAZING. i have two cats who are on the shyer side and by the end of the week, she had gained their trust and they were interacting with her regularly. she communicates quickly and i was happy to get so many pictures of my babies while i was away. i felt completely at ease knowing she was there to take care of them. definitely going to work with her in the future. :)

Great communicator and definitely all-in for my cat Beans on a short stay. Without requiring it, Jennifer sent daily updates and pictures which helps to reassure me that my cat was adjusting well to my absence. She emptied the trash and took receptacles to the curb and back on trash day.
