Susan was AMAZING with our puppy, she really took the time to get to know us before our first booking and made sure she had all the information she needed about our pup. We booked Susan last minute for our dog and she was happy to help. She is a great communicator and I love reading our Rover Cards at the end of a visit!

Maureen is a great communicator! I don't worry about Bailey when I'm away because she keeps me appraised of how they're getting along. Sometimes he's happy to see her and other times he greets her with hisses. Fortunately, she's worked out a system to deal with him and I'm so grateful!
