She communicated in a timely fashion for booking, sent update messages while providing care, and has an overall confident demeanor about her, which was very reassuring to me that she would monitor the safety of my very small dog around other animals. She created a safe way to introduce him to the pack, and allowed him to become comfortable with socialization.
