Always great communication and willing to a few extras when you schedule is a little haywire. Easy to work with and Lucy is very calm upon our return so we know she is feeling comfy with Chloe. Hannah is a great caretaker. My cat is generally very shy with anyone but me; but she came out and “visited ” with Hannah every day. That says a lot about her and her kindness. I will DEFINITELY ask her to take care of my cat again!!
