We are repeat clients! Caleb really goes above and beyond to give our dogs great care while we are gone. And he even takes great care of our home while we’re gone too!

Kaitlyn was great! Good communication with updates and pictures when we were on vacation. Would definitely hire again!

Kayla took the initiative to schedule a meeting with Fig and I prior to the visits. She was very flexible with scheduling and Fig seemed to be fed well and loved even better. I was able to enjoy my trip without worrying about my baby! Would definitely book Kayla again.

Anna was amazing! We immediately felt comfortable with her. She kept our dogs in their routine and kept us in the loop with updates and pictures while we were on a trip. She took great care of them, doing daily enrichment activities and administering medication. She cleaned up and we came home to the house in the same condition we left it. Palace is professional, reliable, trustworthy, and responsive. She kept me fully up to date and sent daily photos and videos. Kitty seemed calm and content when we got home—and that can only be down to Palace being a fantastic cat sitter who kept Kitty well fed, cared for, and entertained. We also came home to a clean and tidy apartment. We will definitely book Palace again!
