Dog Boarding in New Vienna

I am very happy that I chose Richelle.to keep.Bella while we were gone on vacation. She kept in touch with me and sent me pictures. I would recommend Richelle to other people as she and her family truly have a love for dogs and treat them like their own. I will definately use her again. Bella seems very happy, so we are.happy too! Thank You Richelle and family!!

Very responsive and flexible! Emma took great care of our pup. She gave lots of updates and pictures. You can tell Emma has a genuine love for dogs!

Hope and her husband were amazing! They kept us updated with lots of pictures and truly cared for our doggies while we were gone! Will certainly use them again in the future!

We left our two dogs with Jillian for 8 days. She was very communicative and provided great updates while we were on our trip. I felt confident our furbabies were being well cared for while we are gone, and they both were happy and healthy when we picked them up. I fully recommend Jillian and so be using her services for future trips when needed!

Claire was lovely, kept us up to date with frequent pictures, and took really good care of our pup.

Hallie and Manuel were awesome! My pup ended up with a minor ear infection the day I dropped him off so I needed to take him to the vet. They were so accommodating and worked with my schedule. They also applied his medicine as directed by the vet! Barkley enjoyed his time with their pups and they sent plenty of updates and pictures! I've already booked another stay with them! If you're looking for a clean environment filled with love you should definitely board with them!

Miley enjoyed her time with Tara and her daughters. Friday her dog was friendly. Tara has a big fenced yard to let them out. I would use her again to watch my little one.

Amanda took such great care of my 6 month old puppy! She kept me updated with the cutest pictures of her having so much fun. This was my first time boarding her, but I am sure Charmin will be very happy to come back.

Avery was amazing with my boy Jax! He was nervous when he had first arrived , but she made him feel very welcomed! She was great with updates, took him on car rides, and was all around great with him! She gave Jax plenty of new toys and a new leash! I would 100% recommend her for anyone looking for boarding!

Kathleen and Dave were wonderful caretakers for almost a week while we traveled out of town for the holidays! Finn was recovering from surgery, and they did an awesome job managing his regimen of pills, short walks, and minimal other activity. Plus, he enjoyed sharing naps on the sofa :) Would definitely recommend!

Let me start by saying, I am one of those pet parents! I never go on vacation because I am fearful of boarding my kitties. They can't stay at home because River needs meds daily and would hide if left at home virtually making it impossible for someone to give him his medication. So, I started looking on Rover.com, I was still a little apprehensive until I happened upon Erin. I was impressed by her reviews and how many return customers she had so I decided to reach out to her. She was so kind, asked about River and Skye and let me know about their " accommodations." The biggest concern I had was that River and Skye weren't kept in a cage. I just can't do that to them, and just knew I would come home to sick kitties. Well, let me tell you. Erin had a special room for them, one where they would feel at home, and be able to look out windows and see the wildlife. These kitties were not just cared for but they were loved and pampered! My brother had just died two weeks earlier and I really needed this time. I checked in a few times and Erin stated that if she had any concerns that she would contact me because she wanted them to be happy. Wow! after that I was able to relax without any worries at all. I truly hope Erin knows how wonderful she is. I am so happy I found her. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my babies! Thank you Erin!

Tim and Katarzyna took great care of Olive, updating us with videos every day she stayed in their care. Olive looked full of joy with them and their dogs and was happy and content when she came home. So glad she was so well taken care of!

Amanda did such a great job with my dogs! She kept me up to date on how they were doing , sent me lots of pictures and definitely gave them love and attention. I will be booking again soon :) it’s so nice being able to have someone you trust take care of your animals while you’re gone !

Carrie was awesome with our 2 german short haired pointers. She sent regular pictures on their daily activities. She was so caring for them. They got lots of great care. Will be looking to use Carrie for future stays. I highly recommend using her.

Jodi was very accommodating to a last minute schedule change. They took great care of Tucker and sent me several photos of his stay. I will use them next time I need a sitter and recommend them to others.
