So nice and personable. She sent pics of the cats at every visit and communicated with me all the time.

This was our first time working with Derek and it won't be our last! We have four cats, two of which are special needs. Derek was professional, punctual, and thorough. Our feeding/medication routine is complex, but Derek made sure everyone got what they needed. I also appreciated the feedback he provided during each of his check-ins.
