Alicia arrived at about the same time every day to take care of my cats and sent a photo afterward. Everything seemed fine when we got back home.
This was my first time using Rover. Emily was very responsive and professional. She was prompt and did a great job with my kitties. I would use Emily again for sure!
Cassidy was great with my 2 cats! She followed all of their directions I left for her, as well as sent me super cute pictures for checking in. She was super attentive and would always answer my messages right away, as well as very flexible with us leaving over the holidays and switching our plans multiple times. Our cats love Lexi. This is a cat that never came to a stranger when called. To our surprise, Goldie heard her and came out from the back room, smelled her hand and wanted to be petted. Lexi completes her assignments and I can’t say enough for the kindness she has shown Goldie and Whiskers our cats. I do t have to worry about when Lexi takes care of the cats. We will continue to use her as long as she will let us.
