Dog Boarding in Northwood

Ashley has a very calm spirit. It was my first time using Rover and she walked me through the process and allowed me ask 6 million questions. My fur guy was very happy and left in great hands. I will definitely be checking with Ashley first the next time I need a sitter.

Stephanie made this experience of using Rover for the first time about as good as could be. Throughout the process she was professional, yet easy going and she was very detail oriented in figuring what would make our dog Lailu's stay the most comfortable as well as easing any anxiety for us about leaving her. She was easy to get in contact with on our trip and she even kept us updated with pictures and info about how Lailu was doing throughout. When our return flight was delayed, Stephanie especially went above and beyond saying that she would stay up till 1AM till we got back so we could pick Lailu up. Very caring dog lover and professional sitter. Five stars for sure. We will be using Steph again. -Adam

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I was nervous about leaving my dogs while I was away on a work trip, but Allan put my mind at ease right from the start. He offered a meet and greet, which really helped me feel comfortable, and he sent daily updates and pictures that reassured me my pups were in great hands. Everything went smoothly, and I came home to happy, well-cared-for dogs. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

Zurijanne is our go-to girl. We get at least one video and picture a day along with updates. You can tell she loves dogs and it always gives me peace of mind to leave my dog with her. She goes out if her way to be sure he's comfortable.

Sandy was amazing she took such great care of Nina and Nina was so happy when I picked her up! Sandy made us feel so comfortable that Nina was in great hands!

erin is the best! Drew loves their home. Erin caters to drews’ needs..she took care of drew very well. She send pictures ns updates me of whats happening. Takes drew for a walk! And even bath drew! Thanks Erin! And above all, she not that expensive.. affordable with a quality care and service!

Kristal took very good care of our 3 pups while on a cruise. She was flexible with our schedule when we decided to drive to Florida instead of fly which caused us to need to extend our booking which she did without hesitation.Even though Kristal knew that I wouldn’t be reachable during our 7 day cruise she still made sure to send updated & pictures for me to see once I was back online. Of course our pups were very happy to see us, they went right back to their normal behavior without missing a beat which tells me they were treated well while in Kristal’s care. We would deff recommend her to others & will use her in the future.

I could not have asked for a better sitter. Communication and interactions with Lisa were very comfortable and I fully trusted her from the start. It was evident that she is a genuine, caring person and took extremely good care of my boy Bru - she was with him the entire time, he was able to run in her backyard, she played with him, and snuggled with him at night and I'm pretty sure other times as well. I know he was loved and that means everything. Lisa sent photos and messages to give updates. He came home happy and I came home happy and grateful for her service. I'm looking forward to using her again!

I love Beth because she has an extensive background in pet care and was so patient with my special needs dog (anxiety/vision impairment). I knew he was going to be in good hands because her own dogs are so well-cared for and very well-behaved. My dog loved having her/her husband/her doggos for company. And he thoroughly enjoyed being allowed on the couch! She also made sure my dog was given food/meds according to his schedule. I also appreciated her updates/photos she sent. Beth is my first choice for pet care and I would book her again in a heartbeat. Thank you Beth!

Cindy made our first time using Rover easy! We were able to meet with her before booking to discuss any considerations and concerns for our puppy's stay. During her stay, we were frequently updated with pictures on how she was doing. Upon pickup, our puppy was in great condition and just as we left her! Paul and Penny were both attentive and compassionate while caring for Brutus. They are experienced dog lovers which enabled them to provide for the needs of Brutus who is an older mature dog with health conditions. We were so grateful for their care and welcoming Brutus into their home

Autumn is exactly what I was looking for in a sitter! She agreed to meet me before the stay to make me comfortable with who I was trusting my girl with. During our stay she sent plenty of updates with pictures. Took willow on tons of walks and let her hangout at dinner with friends! When I picked her up you could tell she had a blast and needed a long nap! I would definitely book with her again!

Kristin was an amazing dogsitter. She took great care of Buster while we were gone. She was also very flexible as our travel plans were slightly delayed. We will definitely be using Kristin again!

Kristie has been a great sitter for Coco! She was willing to pick him up Coco in an emergency, even though the owner could not be there to meet her. She understood he needed to be separated from the other dogs when he first arrived. She kept an eye out for how he was doing, especially considering his ears were hurting, and took him to the vet for a fee. She gave me regular updates. We appreciate her help so much!

Another great stay with Suzanne! Cleo loves visiting with her dogs and the giant fenced in yard. Suzanne is very attentive to all of Cleo’s needs and sends lots of updates.
