Debra was great :) She did 7 drop in visits throughout the weekend and sent pics and videos each time. This was perfect because the two older corgis hate being in new places and were much happier seeing a human face for a few hours a day. She was great and I will definitely book her again!

Nicole is THE BEST!!! This was my first time using Rover -- and it was a very high stress situation, what with the friend supposed to watch my cat cancelling less than 24 hrs before we were set to leave on vacation. Nicole came over for a meet-n-greet barely an hour after I initially contacted her. She then took the most amazing care of my baby, truly exceeded my expectations -- sending all kinds of pics and videos which not only eased my mind, but also showed all the love and attention she was providing. I was worried he would hide the entire time and the best I could hope for was that at least he would get fed -- but Nicole is truly magical. And she became his new best friend. I would, and will, use Nicole again in a heartbeat -- and if you are reading this in contemplation of hiring her, I HIGHLY encourage you to do so. I cannot say enough good things about her and this experience.

Such an amazing person and outstanding job taking care of my cat. My cat is senior with a rare medical condition and Heather did such an amazing job caring for her and making sure she got not only her meds but amazing love and pets.

Very sweet, communicative, invested, consistent, and stays a fair amount of time. First time I used the service and was anxious, but Victoria made me feel comfortable. Love the Rover Cards with daily updates and pictures! Will definitely use again.

This was our first time with Melanie. We had some technical difficulties with our pet equipment in the beginning, but Melanie worked it out and kept me updated. She was very understanding and was quick to respond to my comments or questions. She did an excellent job with our 6 cats! We will definitely request Melanie the next time we take an extended trip.

Essence did drop in visits for our 2 dogs during a couple days we were away. Even though my one dog can be very anxious around new people, Essence did a great job getting him to warm up to trusting her. Essence provided updates each visit with pictures, which was great to ensure everything was going well. Overall I would definitely recommend Essence to take care of anyone's pets! She is extremely communicative, timely and very nice. We have already booked her again for next month. Thank you very much, Essence.

Anna checked in on my berendoofle puppy on his first day home while I was at work (and we had just moved in!) She was so patient despite his puppy craziness and stubbornness and made sure he was all taken care of.
