Dog Boarding in Ottawa Hills

Absolutely wonderful experience from booking to meet/greet to drop off/pick up!! I know our dog was loved while we were away. They even sent pics throughout the week. We will be return customers!!

Stephanie was a perfect sitter for my pup. She was attentive to my dog's dietary needs, took her on regular walks, and updated me regularly with texts and photos to reassure me that my dog was doing great while I was gone. I really appreciate the top-notch care she provide my pet.

Sandy was so wonderful to work with. She set up a time for us to meet up before hand which went so well. She was so welcoming and cheerful with our dog I knew she was a perfect match to care for him. While we were away she kept in contact with us and sent pictures of our pup. We were so pleased with Sandy we will be booking her again for our next trip. She truly loves and cares about animals and we knew he was in good hands.

Steve was a very attentive host for our dog, Robby. We would consider him for all future boarding needs. He updated us with pictures and questions for Robby's needs. Robby seemed very much at ease staying with Steve.

Ashley is simply the best! As sweet as she is I know my old lady can be a little challenging, just because or her age, but Ashley handles everything that happens no problem. Harley has really gotten to like her and enjoy her stay overs which makes me feel so much better about going out of town.

Wes was great! Augie had a wonderful time and Wes kept me updated and sent pictures which I loved!

Cindie and her home were perfect for a long weekend stay. She was always very thoughtful and communicated excellently at all times. The home and yard were super clean and comfy. Her pup "Brindle" was also very sweet and a great playmate for Toto. (Thank you auntie Cindie for a great time! -Toto)

Izzy did great with Catherine. Catherine sent us messages and pictures throughout the weekend; so, we knew how she was doing. We definitely will be coming back. Thanks again Catherine to you and your family for doing such a great job.

Julie and family were great with my Yorkie. He’s a handful and has anxiety but I feel they handled him well. It was the first time I’ve left him and it was for 9 days so as you can imagine I was rather worried. She was very good at sending updates and pics throughout our trip to ease our minds. I would definitely use them again I we are able to get away!

Erin was great. She communicated and shared photos while we were away. She was flexible with our pick up and drop off times. Our pup seemed content when I picked her up. We would definitely use her again if we have the opportunity.

Viviana and Evan were very good. They provided pictures and feedback while I was away. I would highly recommend them. And I would board my dog with them again.

Mezz and "company" were amazing. Moxie stayed from Wednesday night to Sunday afternoon and came back to us with a new attitude. She grew up a little more, became more compassionate, although she did forget our house rules, like the kitchen is off limits. Understandable. Lol. She had playmates and lots of love and attention. I highly recommend Mezz to anyone who loves their pet dearly.

Edgar did an amazing job watching our two Golden retrievers, Scarlet and Piper. He sent updates and pictures and communicated very well with us. The dogs were clean and brushed when we came to pick them up after 8 days of gross, rainy winter weather. He has a great yard for them to play in and let them make themselves at home inside the house. They loved the homemade dog cupcake he sent them home with. We’ll definitely rebook!

Lisa, is truly the best! She’s so great with my boy and treats him like family! I am so glad I found her to watch him! She sends lots of pictures and updates throughout the stay! She really is so amazing, I will continue to be a repeat client!

Marci, our 5-year old blind poodle, has special needs especially when we travel. Mikayla's kind and engaging nature put her at ease in a new situation right away. We appreciate Mikayla's creating a safe and comforting environment for her while we were visiting in Toledo.

Ashley was fantastic! I was very nervous about leaving my puppy, Wyatt. He’s a handful and I wasn’t sure how he’d do away from home. Ashley kept him busy and tuckered out. She sent me pictures every day and made sure both he and I were comfortable.
