Macy checked on my cat while I was out of town and provided reassuring updates (along with super cute pictures) to show my kitty was doing okay! She was very nice, caring, and my cat loved her!

I really appreciated Matt's care during our trip! We have two nervous cats, and while one was still elusive he was able pet the other one after a few days! It shows he was gentle enough to build trust. He also did a great job communicating what was happening throughout the week.
