This is my first time using a pet sitter through rover.com. Stephanie did a great job of working with my 17-year-old cat, Isabelle. She took the time to come to my home in advance to meet and responded to all of my questions. Stephanie seemed to easily establish a relationship with Isabelle. Susan was a great cat sitter! She completed her visits at the times requested, provided full and timely updates, was easy to reach, and followed instructions perfectly! She took the time each visit to pet and interact with our 2 cats, which made them feel loved even while we were gone. Susan also accurately administered medication to one of our pets, which was the main reason we used a sitter. We will definitely be using Susan again when we need help with our pets!
