Natalie, once again, was amazing with our cat Hazel! We were away for a week and it was a stress-free time vacation knowing that Natalie was dropping in daily to check on Hazel. She took extra special care of her and always provided detailed report cards after her visits. We can’t recommend Natalie enough!!!

We used Chris for the first time to watch our dogs in our home while we were out of town recently. He was so communicative and took care of our dogs with such care and attention!

Erin is one of the best sitters in Cleveland! She was so attentive and caring with my two cats while I was gone and when my cat developed an eye infection, she treated him with the medicated eye drops everyday until it resolved. My cats made such a special bond with her after a couple days. She was punctual, responsible and communicative about her visits. Will definitely look forward to having her back!

Brittany was fantastic! She was so thorough and sent great updates and photos for each visit - I was able to relax on our trip knowing that she had everything handled. This was our first trip away from our recently adopted dog, so I was a little nervous about how she would do, but she warmed up immediately to Brittany (which was impressive!) and I could tell by all the photos that she was relaxed and happy. Will absolutely be booking with Brittany again!

Having Mary catsit our four cats for a week was a great experience. Mary kept in contact with us daily with photos and a message, which was very nice and reassuring. Everything was good at home when we returned, and cats almost immediately forgave our absence 😀
