Dog Boarding in Rootstown

For a second time, Kaishin made me feel like my dog was in great hands. I was out of the country and was very nervous about leaving her but Kaishin sent me daily updates that included pictures and videos. She also was very easy to communicate with, which made my life easy while being away. Will definitely be contacting her to watch my little girl again!

Good communication and sent videos of my dog frequently. I always felt as if my pet was in good hands and I had no worries while I was away in vacation. I would definitely use him again and recommend his services to those who need it.

I highly recommend Nathan and Jenna. They took excellent care of Chloe and gave her lots of love too.They kept us updated on how she was doing with messages, pictures and videos daily. Chloe was not kept crated but allowed to roam around in the house with the other dogs and treated like part of their family. Chloe has anxiety issues at times and they made her feel comfortable there. We will definitely let them keep her again They are the best!!!!

Jan went above and beyond in caring for Jazi while we were away..and caring for us, by sending us pictures and daily reports that Jazi was doing well and enjoying her "vacation" too. Jan is caring, patient, firm when necessary and loves what she does. We are truly grateful for her and all she did for welcoming Jazi into her home so we could relax knowing she was being well cared for.

Kaylee is amazing! She is so in tune with the needs of our dog and truly does everything she can to make sure she feels as comfortable as possible while in her care.

Kelli was great! She sent lots of photos & kept in touch through my dogs stay with her! She was very flexible with everything. & my puppy started getting uti symptoms while with Kelli, & she was great at working with & helping her! Will definitely use Kelli again in the future & would recommend her to anyone.

This was my first booking on Rover, so I wasn’t quite such what to expect. Daniel and Rachel are wonderful human beings! Awesome dog owners, down to earth, kind, gracious, communicative, flexible, and WONDERFUL with our fur babe! I think our dog was actually sad to come home. They acclimated him to their precious pups, took him for walks, played with him, and sent us pics & updates every day <3 They took care of his bleeding nail (because I clipped one too short before his visit). After unpacking his weekend bag, I found a precious goodbye gift….homemade doggie treats with his name stamped on them! C’mon! How cute is THAT?! They obviously went above and beyond to take good care of our little guy. Our pups stayed 3 days/2 nights with Daniel & Rachel. I highly recommend them and I look forward to booking with them again!!

Melissa treated Serenity like her own. Loved having the daily updates and pictures. It was evident that serenity fit right in and felt comfortable. Will definitely be going back to Melissa!

Kaycee graciously accommodated a last minute request over Thanksgiving for us. From the pictures she sent it looked like were happy to make themselves right at home.

Deanna was a life saver when we had another Rover cancel on us as we were packing up the car! She was so kind and understanding and took great care of our miniature poodle Dez! She sent picture updates and he went above and beyond to encourage him to eat in our absence. Such a great experience!

Sarah did a great job with our old man. She was attentive to his anxiety, provided extra comforts, and communicated well. Thanks for allowing us to get away and give a good home away from home to our pup!

Susan and Kenny have been taking great care of our dog Jersey since he was 6 months. Almost 4 years later, we couldn’t be happier with their care and love for our pup. He is always so excited to see them. They send photos of Jersey playing, cuddling and napping. He has such a great time there and I completely trust Susan and Kenny with Jersey any time we travel. It’s his second home and they treat him like he’s their own. Highly recommend!

My 2 papillons could not have been taken care of any better. I am pretty sure my dogs thought they were on vacation - walks, pets, roasted chicken for dinner, & most of all love & cuddles. They sent me the cutest pictures every day! I never want to leave my fur babies any where else!

Danielle is great with Terrence! He gets so excited to see her and I know he has such a good time with her family as well. They take great care of him and I get lots of pictures of him, which calms my worry while he is away from me. I would recommend Danielle to all of my friends.

Melissa was so easy to work with! I felt so comfortable having our dog stay there while we went on vacation. I’m sure he had a lot more fun at her house than at ours. I would definitely have him stay again. Thank you!

Cornelia was great to work with. We needed to drop our Corgi off a little early then planned and she was completely flexible with us. I really appreciated the daily updates from her because I was extremely anxious about leaving him. I will definitely use her again! Thank you so much for taking care of my little man!

My wife and I had never used Rover before, coupling that with this being our first puppy, to say we were nervous about this process was an understatement. Keith, Rebecca, Hope & Keith T completely surpassed our expectations. They were extremely friendly, accommodating, and best of all responsive. When we picked up our puppy, she took about a four hour nap, which obviously meant she had an absolute blast. I highly recommend hiring this family, especially if you're worried about doing something like this for the first time, they will take care of your dog and put your mind at ease. We will be requesting them again!!

Megan and her family were amazing with our two fur babies!! She sent daily check ins and amazing pictures! We couldn't have ask for a better place for our babies to go! We definitely will use her again. 5 stars!!!

Lexi had a great stay with Mark and Elizabeth. I was kept well informed and they were very professional and flexible when I needed to change my pick up time. I definitely recommend them and plan to book again.
