Laken took care of our two very shy cats while we were away for a long weekend. She was very attentive to their needs and did a great job cleaning up after them…they can be a bit messy! She communicated very well and even left then a little gift! This was our first time using rover and thanks to Laken it was a good experience!

Jenn provided exceptional care for my two cats while I was away. She was able to administer insulin to my older cat, who typically doesn’t warm up to others, and handled it with patience and skill. Jenn kept me well-informed with regular updates and photos, which gave me great peace of mind knowing my pets were in caring and capable hands. I highly recommend her services and will gladly book with her again in the future.

I want to thank Dawn G. for the wonderful , caring service she gave to my little fur children, and to us when going out of town for 4 days. She sent pictures of Nikki and Jada everyday, and texted me about their daily activities which gave us peace of mind. Everything was perfect when we walked back into the house . She left a nice letter and doggie cookies for the little girls. It is so important to find someone you can trust in your home , and not only watch, but lovingly care for your 4 legged children. Dawn gave all that to us. She has a kind ,caring , warm and playful personality and my little girls ( cocker spaniels) took to her from the very start. Stepahnie was reliable! She gave us daily updates and sent us pictures of our pets so we could see they were okay. We could tell our cats liked her because they were calm and didn’t run and hide. One cat in particular will always hides from strangers, but she didn’t hide and actually let Stephanie pet her. We would definitely recommend Stephanie and hope we can use her again in the future. Kaity was great, she came to meet my pets before watching them. I was concerned about my one pup who is a bit territorial but Kaity messaged me and let me know she did well. Would for sure use her again!
