Dog Boarding in Salem

Melissa was great with my dog, Belle! Belle seemed very happy when I picked her up. She slept most of the day, she was so tired out, happy dog. If the occasion ever comes up that I am in the area and need a dog sitter, I would definitely have her watch Belle again.

Absolutely perfect! Sweet, personable, very caring and concerning about your pet. His/Her needs, safety and comfort while you’re away is a priority and it shows. 12/10 couldn’t recommend more

Jeremy took on my big guy last minute & on a holiday. He made time for a meet and greet. My boy was so excited to go back to his house the day I needed to drop him off which gave me a peace of mind knowing he was in good hands ! He came back sleepy from all the play time he got from Jeremy ! I cannot wait to continue working with him in the future! Jeremy is apart of the family now 💕

Let me start by saying I have an intense bond with my dog and it probably hurt me more than him leaving him for the longest time I’ve ever left (2 weeks) so I was a total mess at drop off. Seeing his little face look at me with those “where are you going” eyes when I closed the door, my heart broke. He’s never stayed here before and I was leaving him with strangers for two weeks, I feared he would think I abandoned him. He was welcomed with so much love by Savannah and her adorable family. He frolicked around their house and her kids and husband were so excited to have him there. Every fear or worry I had she settled with quick responses and picture updates while I was out of the country. He looked like he was having the time of his life! She never once made me feel like I was too much for checking in or leaving a laundry list of needs for his senior health and dietary restrictions. It made my heart so happy to know how he was so deeply loved and cared for as their own. When I arrived it was like he didn’t want to leave! You could tell he formed a bond with Savannah, running back to her instead of me with his favorite toy! Their sweet kitty seemed to have taken a liking to him as well. I can’t say enough good things. She is a godsend, a total angel. You can tell he misses his second family already. Thank you Sooooooo much for loving Mr. Meeks. We love you guys!!! Such a gem of a find for a trustworthy, loving sitter. Your furbaby will be safe, healthy, and happy in her care.

Laurie was an amazing sitter!! Her and her dog Daphne were so nice and were amazing at giving updates on our dog Dusty. She was exceptional and an amazing sitter to say the least! 10/10

Heather and her family do a great job with our boy Remy. He has stayed with them twice and both times we have been so grateful for the love and care she provides him while we are away. Thanks for taking care of Remy.

Kimberly was great with Lilly. She updated me everyday with photos, which was greatly appreciated. She took very good care of our dog, I would highly recommend her and will use her again when we need too.

Mo-Mo enjoyed staying with Lois and her family. She took care of our fur baby like she was her own. She updated us consistently with videos and pictures of Mo-Mo during her stay, and each time, Mo-Mo was having a blast!!

We needed last minute boarding for our pup when my mom who was to keep her had a stroke. Kaitlyn was my choice due to her previous reviews and we weren't disappointed. We were gone for a week and she sent us frequent photos and updates. If we ever have to board our furbaby again she will be our first choice!

Shelly and her family welcomed Randy into their home with loving arms. I definitely felt safe leaving my dog with a her. She sent photos and text letting me know he was doing good! I definitely recommend her.

Hands down, Arya made leaving our puppy while we were away SO EASY! He sends many videos throughout the day to show you what your pup is up to and communicates often if needed. Not only can you tell how much he loves dogs within the first few seconds of meeting him, he also has a wealth of knowledge to share about your dog and bringing them up well. We are so thankful we found him! Arya will always be our first choice!

If I could give Lydia a million stars I would!! To say my dog had the best time is an understatement!! She ran with him, played with him and gave him lots of love!!! If you are in the area, do yourself and you’re dog a favor and send them to Lydia!! I am so thankful that I found her!!

Kaycee is amazing, really listened to my concerns for my older dog, and sent us great updates of a very relaxed pup throughout his stay with her! Details: 7 day stay. 16 year old, male, ~20 lb dog (with some health issues) This was my first trip in a while, and my dog has some health issues so I was pretty nervous about leaving him with someone new. First Contact: When setting up our stay, communication with Kaycee was amazing. We set up a meet up, stopped by her house, let our dog investigate the house while we talked. I told Kaycee my worries (my dog is deaf, has sensitive stomach, and has previously shown stress when I've had to leave him). Kaycee did a great job reassuring me that she would be able to handle my requests for my dog's safety and well-being. During Trip: We got a couple videos, some pictures, and messages from Kaycee during the trip about our dog doing well, eating, bathroom, relaxing, etc. This was a huge relief to me and allowed me to relax more on my trip. I was a little nervous about my dog being with other dogs, but Kaycee assured me she would keep extra eye on making sure he wasn't over-socialized, and it seemed like my dog was totally fine with the set up. Post Trip Pick Up: My flight got in a little late, and Kaycee allowed me to pick him up kind of later in the evening. She gave us a run-down of the entire trip and my dog seemed like he was totally at ease. He was obviously excited to be back in his own home, but gave no indication of any stress/sadness whatsoever. 10/10 would work with Kaycee again for sure!!

Wendy is AWESOME! She cares so much about animals & that shows whenever she takes care of watching your dogs or cats. Her place was clean & well kept. She asked before she did things. She kept in contact during the ENTIRE stay! She watched movies & played games with my pups 🐶. I feel like honestly my boys didn’t even want to leave her doggy retreat! It's like they had so much fun & love they forgot we were even gone! I've boarded dogs in the past & I'm a 80s kid so all of this new online stuff is so crazy to me! But I can HONESTLY say that this was a much BETTER decision than to old school "board" your pups. I was a bit skeptical at first obviously leaving your best friends with a total stranger. But after talking to Wendy & checking out her house during drop off I felt so much more at ease. Within 1hr of dropping my guys off Wendy was sending a text with pics & videos! She maintained these updates throughout the ENTIRE stay! All things said I would 💯 precent recommend Wendy for watching your buddies anytime! I'm actually returning today to drop them off for 8hrs-9hrs because it's my son's 16th birthday! So definitely give Wendy a call. She is an amazing person & provider!!! A+++++++++++

Fantastic!!!! April was so wonderful with keeping me updated on Tilly’s adventures and how she was doing. Great communication which made it easy to relax and enjoy my holiday knowing that Tilly was being taken care of!

She took excellent care of Willow and had my wife and I very confident throughout the entirety of her stay. I highly recommend Meredith! Willow is an exceptionally anxious rescue when she's away from us and she did great! Meredith was very patient and loving.
