Cat Sitting in Shaker Heights

Jackie responded very quickly and took great care of our cats. One of them needed antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection but I had peace of mind that he was getting better since she sent report cards with photos with every visit.

Mary was so great to us and our kitties! She was very communicative, kind, and made us feel great about leaving town with our pets in her hands. She sent us pictures/videos and was very attentive. Thank you so much Mary! We will definitely be lucky to work with her again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience working with Emily — We chose her based on her positive reviews and her willingness to do a meet-and-greet ahead of our trip. Our two friendly senior cats warmed up to her without hesitation, and all throughout our interactions Emily’s communication was exemplary — she’s so kind and thorough, and she sent lots of photos and updates through the Rover app. Even though it was a holiday and we expressed that we were totally flexible, she still took great care to maintain the cats’ regular routines and feeding times while we were away, and we’re so grateful for that! She ensured that all of their needs were met — including administering joint supplements and making sure litter boxes were clean, water was fresh, and lots of treats were enjoyed! Emily is warm and trustworthy, and we will absolutely hire her again the next time we need someone to check in on our fur babies for us! Five out of five cat paws.

Kim did an amazing job taking care of our three kitties. They were happy, healthy, and well fed when we got home. She was easy to work with and super responsive. We will definitely request her services again!

Susan always does a fantastic job and I can go on vacation knowing that my cat will be well taken care of! She sends us daily pictures and videos and is always in touch if she has any concerns. I highly recommend Susan!

This guy is amazing! We never had a worry in the world while we were on vacation...since we got pictures and detailed summaries of the days he spent with the cats! I believe the cats miss him already! We'll definitely ask him again to take care of the cats! Thanks Glenn!!!!!

Kennedy is the BEST!! She was kind and friendly, took care of all our needs for our cat, sent updates on activities and even sent pics daily with check ins. Most importantly, our kitty, JoJo LOVED her! We joked that she must rub cat nip on her clothes because they were such fast friends. Highly recommend Kennedy! A ++ pet sitter!

Angelina was the most amazing caregiver for our pet. She was house sitting and took extremely great care of our beloved cat. She was superbly responsive, took extremely good care. She kept us fully informed with photos and updates, responded to every message immediately. She went over and above what we expected and left our house in a nicer condition than when we left! Octavia was wonderful w/ my beloved cat - sent plenty of pictures & videos and made sure he got lots of attention, cuddles, pats & play time. I was stressed out about leaving my cat for a week & Octavia assuaged all of my separation anxiety. We will have Octavia back again and again and again!

John helped us out at the last minute which was greatly appreciated! He was friendly, professional, and took good care of our kitties. We’ll definitely keep him in mind for the future.

We highly recommend Elizabeth and would absolutely rebook her services. She watched our two cats/house sit while we were on a vacation.
