Dog Boarding in Shaker Heights

Kathy is just wonderful with Tammy, our 3 year old Tibetan Terrier. Tammy has some digestive issues and Kathy is very careful to keep an eye on her and contact me if needed. Plus Tammy gets lots of love and attention when she is with Kathy and her family, and she sends regular pics and comments.

Lulu spent last week with Susan, Jason and Frank (and a few other puppy friends). Judging by the photos, she had a great time with her new puppy friends. We've left Lulu with Susan before and she is always excited to go play there. It's like doggie camp. We get a fun break and so does Lulu!

Takia was great. Easy communication and she shared some nice photos of our pup enjoying herself. We would definitely use Takia's services again in the future.

We booked Ashya for a long trip for our two dogs. She has been awesome! From the meet and greet, her home is comfortable and the dogs felt right at home. Ashya sends photos regularly and sends video and video chats when needed. It’s comforting to know our four-legged family members are spoiled as if they were at home. Many thanks.

Lydia & Kieran were super adaptable and accommodating to Kaia’s needs. I felt very at ease with leaving Kaia in their care. Very nice & dependable!

My Onyx had a great time! I was nervous as this was his first boarding experience but Tara and Peter answered all my questions. Our meet and greet went well and I felt very comfortable with them! My pup came back in great spirits and I can tell he loved his experience. I will def book with them again!

Susan did a great job watching over my baby Jasper! The backyard Susan provides for the dogs is beautiful and comfy. During the stay, Susan sent me plenty of pictures and always kept me updated. My pup really enjoyed his stay and he will definitely miss Susan!

Anna was super communicative both ahead of time and during our dog's stay. We loved getting pictures and updates about our pup and we knew she was well-cared for!

I met Sofiia and her husband prior to my booking and I felt totally comfortable and assured that they would take care of our Maverick. While away I received daily updates and pictures. My puppy was loved and cared for well like her own. I’m sure they spoiled him with cuddles and treats. Sofiia has a warm and friendly personality and her home was very nearby. Upon return my puppy’s items were well packed and organized in a bag waiting for me. I will definitely be using Sofiia again in the near future.

Junior loved making new friends for life here!! Junior has a lot of trauma from previous owners. Sheran understood everything I was stressed about and took time to understand Junior while he stayed there. I got many updates with pictures! Junior isn’t always good with people he does not know but at pick up I could tell he had an amazing time in their home. Junior will definitely be coming back and you should feel very comfortable bringing your pups to them! (:

Colleen was awesome! My little man had a blast with her and Peaches and I would have her watch him again. She was kind and friendly and I had no qualms about leaving him with her. I would recommend her to others.

Natalia was wonderful and accommodating for both drop off and pick up. She sent us pictures each day of our dogs. Natalia and her boys treated our dogs like part of the family. We would highly recommend her and will continue to use her in the future.

Brittany was fantastic. My dog was well cared for and came home happy. Brittany provided updates and photos. Will definitely use Brittany again to care for my dogs.

Thank you to Clara for boarding my 2 cats over the weekend in her home. She was very communicative and sent detailed daily updates, flexible with timing for pick up/drop off, and responsive to any questions/concerns I had. She was very kind and attentive to my cats and made sure they felt at home during their time away. Thank you so much for taking such great care of them!

Nechama did an excellent job taking care of Arya for an extended period of time. She sent frequent updates and photos, and made sure to let me know of any changes in Arya’s health or behavior. She did a great job making sure Arya got plenty of exercise and socialization. I really appreciated the updates and the ease of booking with Nechama. 100% I would book with her again!

My 4-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel thrived during his stay with Pam. Pam sent me pictures and status updates everyday. My one complaint is that my dog smelled like smoke when I picked him up. Otherwise, 5 stars.

My dog, Gretel, had a great stay with Angel. It was like she joined her family for several days, slept with her dogs, went for walks with them. Angel was always responsive and sent me a lot of pictures. Gretel is a little anxious and Angel and her family were great with her. I hope that G can stay with Angel again in the future.

We had an out-of-town family wedding to attend in North Carolina, and were not sure what we were going to do regarding our pet sitting needs. We are tremendously attached to our beloved 15 year old dog, & most faithful companion, dear Jack, who to date, has always been watched by family members & friends whenever we've gone away. This was a stressful time for us, as it was imperative to find the right person & fit for the task in order to feel comfortable going to the wedding. After exhausting all possible resources ~ family members, & friends, and determining that no one was available, I decided the sign up with Rover. We were specifically looking for someone with pet sitting experience, especially with senior dogs, but most importantly - someone that had a big heart & love for this kind of work. We were excited when we came across Cindy's information - especially since she offered in-home boarding services, and expressed a fondness for senior dogs!! From the moment we first reviewed Cindy's profile on Rover, - (she's new to the site, but not new to pet-sitting), the initial meet & greet, and subsequent exchanges on the site prior to the booking, we were confident that we chose the right person!! A great deal of stress that we were experiencing related to needing a sitter, was immediately reduced after booking Cindy to help with all of our care needs. We dropped Jack off at Cindy's beautiful and immaculately kept home on Thursday afternoon. We were pleased to see that she was all ready for Jack with water bowls out & filled, a food bowl out & ready to go, a basket of toys, a dog bed, and a stroller to take him all around in!! Cindy provided daily updates and pictures throughout the long weekend which was extremely comforting. We felt as though we've all known each other much longer than we have!! We picked Jack up a bit earlier than anticipated on Monday afternoon. Cindy remained flexible and understanding. She even purchased some extra items for Jack on her own expense, which although unnecessary, was greatly appreciated!! We definitely plan on using Cindy again for Jack's pet siting needs in the future, and we highly recommend her!! Thanks for Everything, Cindy!! (:

She took care of my very pregnant dog while I attended a wedding. Elandra is kind and friendly, her house is very clean and her kennels are huge. I would drop my dog off with her again in a heartbeat

Moose had a great time with Kimberlee and her family. He came home happy and tired. Kimberlee sent pictures and updates while we were away. We will definitely use Kimberlee in the future.
