Dog Boarding in Shalersville

My dog had a great time! Loved playing with the other dogs and exploring the property. I got multiple videos everyday to show us how he was doing.

Bubba had such a great time with Daniel and Rachel while we were travelling! I think he thought he was on vacation himself, enjoying resort amenities and lots of love and attention. We received texts and photos every day keeping us up to date. It was wonderful to know that he was in such caring hands! I don't think he missed us a bit! We will definitely be contacting Daniel and Rachel in the future when Bubba needs a vacation! :)

Melissa was great. She provided daily updates with pictures of Ginger during her stay. It was great to hear how Melissa and her son played with Ginger and actually tired her out. Not an easy thing to do as Ginger has a lot of energy. I will be contacting Melissa in the future for any more dog sitting needs.

Kaishin and her sweet family are just the best! They take such great care of our elderly schnauzer, Rio. She whined with excitement when I pulled into their driveway to drop her off—Rio knew right where she was and was happy to be there! Thank you, Kaishin!! 🫶🏼

Kaylee is awesome!! Our dog loves going to her house and has been there many times. Kaylee is always helpful and provides photos of our dog while she is there. Highly recommend!!!

No need to look any further after reading Jan’s profile, just book her! One morning, I woke up at 4am panicked about who would watch my senior dog with some health issues for 2 wks while I traveled out of state. After, scrolling thru lots of sitters who were just a few mins away from our home I found Jan and immediately I felt a sense of calm and traveled 30 mins away to meet her. Her 30yrs of rescuing dogs comforted me and I knew she would be a good fit for us. I enjoyed receiving my updates from her daily and knew Tucker was in good hands. I liked that she put a lot of thought on safety for my dog by putting a tag on his collar with her info on it just in case he escapes. She administered medicine and added pumpkin to his food when he had a belly issues. Tucker and I were blessed we found her!

Susan is the only person I trust to watch our pup. She has given us invaluable advice on care and health needs for our dog. She is knowledgeable, kind, and nurturing. Our pup loves being at her house and playing with other pups! So glad to have found her on Rover!

Deanna was a life saver when we had another Rover cancel on us as we were packing up the car! She was so kind and understanding and took great care of our miniature poodle Dez! She sent picture updates and he went above and beyond to encourage him to eat in our absence. Such a great experience!

Wendy proved to be an excellent choice for a dog sitter. She is definitely an animal lover. She and Anton were very attentive to my dog ( a 10 month old male labradoodle with excess energy and a very sweet disposition). My dog stayed with Wendy for 17 days during which she bought him extra play toys and some marrow bones to gnaw on. I received text updates and photos every few days. Guinness went for 2 half hour walks daily and received lots of attention. Wendy is very good at coaxing the best behavior from animals. My dog is still an energetic puppy and feel that Wendy was dedicated to keeping him occupied and out of trouble. She is not easily upset and dealt very well with my dog in addition to her own dog and cat. When I picked up my dog, he actually seemed a bit reluctant to leave Wendy. I would highly recommend Wendy. Your dog will be in excellent and caring hands.

My puppy, Oscar, was well-cared for by Olivia and he was happy to go back a few days later. I appreciated the photos that Olivia sent. Olivia is now my go-to dog sitter.

We came to Cleveland for a wedding and Karma looked after our pups for two evenings. I had never left them with a sitter before and I was a bit anxious, but after meeting Karma and seeing the lovely space that she set up in her home, I was so happy! It's clear that Karma loves dogs and knows how to take great care of them. She sent me regular updates, was always available to answer questions, and she was super flexible! Both of my dogs had a blast with her and really enjoyed spending time at her place. If I'm ever in the Cleveland area again, I'll absolutely be leaving my pups with her!

We had a family member struggling with brain cancer and passed and we had to travel for the funeral and holiday and Nathan and Jenna took the best care of our high energy pudelpointers for 10 days so we could travel and relax and enjoy our time with family! They are amazing, thanks again guys!

Another 5 star stay Mark and Vicky are so wonderful! Our ruby had a great weekend with them and I knew I wouldn’t have to worry a bit lots of picture updates to show she was having a nice time and being loved and well taken care of!!

I’m so grateful to have found Erika! She is the sweetest and took incredible care of our Rylee as if she were her own. Erika kept us updated with pictures and texts, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. I truly appreciate that she was willing to follow Rylee’s routine to help her feel comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter!

Kaycee was a lifesaver when a previous rover that center asked me to collect my dog after one of what was to be two days. She sent me a video of Shady playing with her dog and clearly they both burned a lot of energy. Then she sent me a photo of shady laying quietly on the floor, obviously worn down.

Kathy is just wonderful with Tammy, our 3 year old Tibetan Terrier. Tammy has some digestive issues and Kathy is very careful to keep an eye on her and contact me if needed. Plus Tammy gets lots of love and attention when she is with Kathy and her family, and she sends regular pics and comments.

Sarah did a great job with our old man. She was attentive to his anxiety, provided extra comforts, and communicated well. Thanks for allowing us to get away and give a good home away from home to our pup!

This was absolutely THE best place to take my dogs for a week. They don’t do well in a kennel environment and Hope and Keith and kids were sooo great with them! I know they were treated like family, got the cuddles they need, the exercise they love and they had the best time! If you are looking for a family environment for your dogs, this family is the best!! ❤️?❤️
