Kirsten was nice enough to come meet us, and our dogs, before her obliged visit, which made everyone more comfortable. We appreciated her quick response to the drop-in request, and I am sure our dogs loved her! We will use her often.

Haley kindly helped us out on short notice. She took care of our two 2 cats one of which is very nervous around people she doesn't know. She usually hides but she came out for Haley and even let Haley brush her! Haley was great about communication and sending pictures each day.
