Dog Boarding in Smithville

Once again, Mark and Vickie did a wonderful job taking care of motley 🩵 he enjoys his stay with them and I rest easy knowing he is in great hands.

Our dog has been going to Vicki for a few years now anytime we go out of town and she's amazing. I hate to leave him, but he doesn't like travel- I never worry about him when he's with Vicki.

We came to Stephanie’s area for a family gathering and were staying at a rental home where dogs weren’t allowed, so we left our pup Carl with Stephanie. I am so pleased with our experience. She was communicative, sent lots of photos, and put me at ease as soon as we met — I was nervous because our dog hasn’t had lots of time in close quarters with other dogs, but he was so happy when he was picked up and seemed to have a fun, peaceful stay with Stephanie’s dogs. Thank you! Would book again!

Janine was great! She provided prompt updates, was proactive about compatibility about other dogs in her care, and was flexible when a scheduling conflict arose. My dog looked to be having a good time. Would recommend!

Let me start by saying I have an intense bond with my dog and it probably hurt me more than him leaving him for the longest time I’ve ever left (2 weeks) so I was a total mess at drop off. Seeing his little face look at me with those “where are you going” eyes when I closed the door, my heart broke. He’s never stayed here before and I was leaving him with strangers for two weeks, I feared he would think I abandoned him. He was welcomed with so much love by Savannah and her adorable family. He frolicked around their house and her kids and husband were so excited to have him there. Every fear or worry I had she settled with quick responses and picture updates while I was out of the country. He looked like he was having the time of his life! She never once made me feel like I was too much for checking in or leaving a laundry list of needs for his senior health and dietary restrictions. It made my heart so happy to know how he was so deeply loved and cared for as their own. When I arrived it was like he didn’t want to leave! You could tell he formed a bond with Savannah, running back to her instead of me with his favorite toy! Their sweet kitty seemed to have taken a liking to him as well. I can’t say enough good things. She is a godsend, a total angel. You can tell he misses his second family already. Thank you Sooooooo much for loving Mr. Meeks. We love you guys!!! Such a gem of a find for a trustworthy, loving sitter. Your furbaby will be safe, healthy, and happy in her care.

Highest of quality sitter!! Did amazing with the dogs, was more than willing to provide medication on one of them. Very flexible and easy to work with, have quality daily updates!! Would 100% use again if we weren’t moving out of state!

Gail took excellent care of my dog, Jack! He came home happy as a clam. Gail sent plenty of pictures and updates on my boy while I was away. I could absolutely tell how much she enjoys the company of dogs! I would definitely recommend her services!

Willow had a great time with Kaylee and all her pup friends! She even got along well with the residential cat. Thanks for keeping her safe and loved :)

My dog spent a week with James and loved every minute. James has an enormous back yard and my Ramsey loves to run and play. James' 2 dogs and one other boarder were there and I got tons of pics of them all playing together. Would definitely recommend James to others and will probably use him for future trips. Justin exceeded expectations. Bella had an amazing time and Justin sent photos to prove it!! He didn’t mind me texting about her and even sent photos of her playing with another dog out of the blue. He is very kind and patient and I will be using him frequently on long days and when I work doubles. I trust him to care for her and keep her safe!! I was very worried initially but Justin alleviated those fears with in hours of leaving her with him.

Nathan and Jenna were attentive and caring to our puppy! There is no better feeling than knowing the people you are leaving your pet with are genuinely excited to have them, and Nathan and Jenna made that clear! They have an amazing back yard, and a cozy home to share. We know that our guy had an absolute ball while he was visiting! Thank you Nathan and Jenna for your kind and caring sitting!

Nancy did a great job watching our dog. She’s very kind and conscientious. She allowed him to make himself at home and sent us a few pics during his stay. She was very accommodating with drop off and pick up times. We already have a few more stays booked. We feel very comfortable, leaving our dog in Nancy’s care.

Mark and Elizabeth are wonderful! They are very caring and love the dogs they take care of. Their dog Finley is also wonderful and is very friendly. I highly recommend them!

Jenny was amazing! Luna was very well taken care of. Jenny sent us frequent updates with pictures giving us peace of mind while we were in our trip. If we are around Akron again and need a pet sitter we will definitely use her service again.

Miranda & her husband have been so wonderful to work with and they took such good care of our dog while we were away. They are both clearly huge animal lovers and their entire lives revolve around caring for animals. Our dog has some health problems and is high maintenance with a special diet & medication schedule, but they made it their mission to take care of all of her special needs and in the process, completely had us at ease that she would be well taken care of. I highly recommend them and will absolutely work with them again whenever we need boarding for our current dog & any other future pets.

Heather and her husband put in a lot of effort to make sure my dogs were comfortable. They honestly did not want to leave when I picked them up. Great environment for all three of my dogs.
